    Splendide.....j'étais sur l'arête dimanche à skis, je suis tombé sur ta vidéo par hasard, c'est magnifique. ça doit demander une sacré préparation pour quelques minutes de vol incroyable. Encore merci pour le partage !

      Effectivement c'est énormément de préparation pour quelques minutes de vol, mais ça en vaut la peine 😁

    Amazing scene. Amazing flying. Great job filming. Atrocious job encoding the final video. That compression is killing the vibe!

    Beautiful. I would love if you explained the preparation for this line to everyone. You make it seem spontaneous.

    • @AmbroiseS

      Indeed it was a lot of preparations for such a flight, years dreaming of flying in this place, hours watching the line in real from many angles, hours studying it on maps (calculating glide ratio and checkpoints). One first flight higher to make sure the line is doable, this is the second flight. And hours wathing the video to live it again and again once it was done:D

    A true 21st century sport for the new millennium that leaves skiing, soccer and auto racing in the dustbin of history. I am thrilled to be alive to see your video. Why was it necessary to make that cut?

    • @AmbroiseS
      @AmbroiseS  8 місяців тому +1

      Thank you ! 🙏 The flight between the two peaks was so long that I had to cut it to make the video more dynamic and suitable with the music 😊

    That flight was so beautiful that at 2:09 my mind wanted to keep flying down the creek, and I totally lost awareness of altitude. I wonder if this happens when you're actually flying.

    • @AmbroiseS
      @AmbroiseS  3 роки тому +3

      Yes for sure, that's why every trajectories must be prepared before and why it's necessary to know when you have to leave the ground to open the canopy before jumping :)

    Wow. I can't tell if it was just the camera angle but it looked like you were able to go super flat and gain altitude without stalling the suit. How did you do that? They always say speed is life in WS BASE.

    • @AmbroiseS
      @AmbroiseS  Рік тому +1

      Yes there were some sections at more than 3.2 of glide ratios so some parts of the flights are very flat and of course they slowed down my speed but as I has escape possibilities everytime, first on the right and after on the left I was confident enough to fly that slow and that close to the ground. I wouldn't go that slow on a vertical proximity line

    c'est toi qui mets des ralentis au montage ou bien tu as de grosses variations de vitesse en aile ?

    • @AmbroiseS
      @AmbroiseS  2 роки тому

      Non ce sont les variations de vitesses dues aux différences d'angle de vol ; plus on vole "raide", plus ça va vite !
