I had a huge psychedelic inner experience when I was 18 in a friend's tipi up on the hills close to home. I was totally consumed and had many types of visions and one in particular was a voice of 'God' speaking to me. The voice said it 'can do whatever it wants to me' in a very matter of fact kind of way. I experienced my negatives and fears through that long stormy night but come the morning after some sleep I awoke to absolute beauty in sunshine and nature. Two bees flying together in the grasses and wild flowers. It brought me to tears. I'm now 53 and that night is still very clear in my mind. I experienced something that I believe to be very ancient but very human .
Having spent my life searching for the 'truth', I've got to the stage of realising that I'm never going to find it at this level and in this life. Read John Lamb Lash’s “Not In His Image”. He explains that what eventually became “Green Buddhism” in modern day-which classical Buddhism arose from within-was brought to the Far East by Neolithic Pagans from Eurasia in the form of ‘Eco-Mysticism’; by those same people who would eventually travel west and become the European peoples. Multiple Buddha statues have also been found in Sweden manufactured from local materials in the Nordic style. The oldest statuettes of Buddha also depict him with gold hair and a Germanic phenotype. The areas of Thailand & South East Asia that weren’t touched by Islam also have many depictions of blue-eyed gods and blue-eyed masters. Kosta Danaos, in his books about Taoist science and mysticism; explains that Chinese oral-traditions refer to Buddha as “the blue-eyed Persian”. Asha Logos’s channel exposes much of the (suppressed) truth also.
@@stellamariehereUnfortunately it’s not universal truths that are revealed. This wisdom comes mainly-almost exclusively-from a specific ethnic group. Great video. The practices of introspection and opening the third eye have their most distant origins in the Indo-European peoples who originated in the steppes of Eurasia. From these peoples, some migrated to India in the southeast, where these practices evolved into what we know today (Hinduism, Buddhism...). Another group moved westward to Europe, where these practices were repressed due to the invasion of Abrahamic religions from the deserts of the Middle East into the European forests (as you very well explain). If this invasion had not occurred, native European spirituality might have evolved into something profound that would have been reminiscent of Eastern spiritualities due to their common origin. Fortunately, they did not disappear, and now is the time to help them grow and evolve again.
The last few weeks I've had an obsession with learning more about the migration of the proto Indo-Europeans, their culture and their myths. It's amazing how much influence they have had on the world yet hardly anyone talks about it. Traditional Norse and Germanic culture are descendants of proto Indo-Europeans. In the UK the settlers are now known as the Bell Beaker people and they arrived around the time Stone Henge was being finished but wiped out almost all of the Neolithic farmer population who were responsible for it. Their religion would have been similar to what we now refer to as Druidism however there is not much written evidence on it. It's thought that it may have been similar to Hinduism with the Druids themselves being the priests or keepers of knowledge similar to the Brahmin of Vedic culture.
I really enjoyed this, I've been reading Taliesin for my own practice this year and had no idea his name referenced an idea comparable to the third eye. Subscribed!
When it all shakes out I have a theory. I think the ice age split the world into two segments. The one in the South got the heat so the people adapted darker skin, while the people in the Snow did not. When the Younger Dryas period ended I think the two groups migrated to the middle creating a sort of Yin- Yang mix. This is why there is so much back and forth of alphabets and linguistics. The Tribe of Dan in Israel is the same as the folks that named the Danube, Danes in general. These people in certain Mid Eastern languages are Tan and instead of the Tuathe De Danann you get the Tutannu or Titans. Roman's are actually just Pharoahs as the Far Row across the Zodiac was the sign in the Heavens of the leader. That is why the Christian symbol the Chi Rho is a Chi or X and a Rho or P in Greek. PX is where a GI goes to get stuff. The first song you learn- Row Row Row Your Boat. I believe there was unity then a split caused by disaster, then a reuniting. Typically that means there will be a dividing disaster if we don't unify for real.
Hi, love your channel, I’m a celt from Cornwall, and one of my spirit guides is ceriddwen, but not sure how to spell it or how to pronounce it!, I’ve heard so many different ways to do both, can you help!🤞
Lovely video, and nice to hear how Taliesin related to enlightenment. Please remember though, not all of us can 'show ourselves' anything in our mind's eye! Many (like me) are what they call aphants, with sadly a blind mind's eye. I am very envious of those of you who can visualise!
So if someone says house, do you have an impression of a house in your mind. Or a cat. Or if you read a book and it describes a luminous green sky. Do you have some kind of mind vision? That is the way animals think. Objects, environments, animals, paths, even sounds, etc. Have you ever meditated for hours? Maybe it's something you can learn and develop.
I also have Aphantasia, so see no images. We are however able to conceptualise so through thought and feeling we can still connect. But like you I envy those visions.
@allegrapersephone I also have aphantasia and it’s hard to describe but yes I have a concept of those things but not a visual representation. I think a good way of describing it is to compare to other senses because most people can’t for example recall smells without actually smelling a scent, but some people can. I think it’s more common to have the ability to see (or hear) something that’s not there than to smell it (or feel it) . But if I asked you to think of the smell of cucumber, or the feel of a soft jumper, you have a concept of those experiences, but it’s not akin to having the experience, if that makes sense? I also have a regular meditation practice. While I am curious about/envious of those who do have internal visual imagery I do not think an ability to see in your minds eye is a barrier to spiritual awakening. I actually find it easier to meditate and focus on my direct experience and go deeper into the truth that sits behind that than most people I know who also meditate because I don’t have visual distractions. I also have very visual dreams which is really interesting and because of that I have wondered if it’s something I could unlock through continued intensive meditative practice. Just some rambling thoughts on the subject

In Finno-Baltic culture? There could be something deeper to the concept across more cultures. I know in some of the older variants of the Snow White story, there is a magic fish in a pond instead of a magic mirror & it's been hard for people to work out how/ why that made sense & was understood, but that's Germanic, not Celtic.
There aren't many stories or symbols from ancesters etc here in Britain because this country England especially was formed to be a conditioned population from day one.. This is evident for sure.. we are one of the most conditioned and controlled by trauma on this planet.. its beautiful to be seeing a shift finally.. ❤
So many people are trapped within their own cages. They have the key to unlock the door but fail to realise it as they are to grounded in a materialistic world. No idea at what humanity could truly be, as ignorance conceals our true potential. Our physical bodies are just a carriage, what we truly are is way beyond what even i believe. The personal journey of self exploration is the true journey for knowledge. We are all one, knowing one, you will know the many!

as helper spirit, medieval
fantasy vs. real tradition).
Just a thought, the Magic mirror is a scrying mirror, which can also be a bowl of dark water@@MrChristianDT
Taliesin, could it mean talcen Iesu??
There aren't many stories or symbols from ancesters etc here in Britain because this country England especially was formed to be a conditioned population from day one.. This is evident for sure.. we are one of the most conditioned and controlled by trauma on this planet.. its beautiful to be seeing a shift finally.. ❤

Witchcraft is not a valid spiritual tradition.
