Get yourself a tail tidy. Makes the bike look neater with the plate and indicators tucked under the seat. Ive used Velcro for the plate so i can take it off when I’m off road.
@@Sur-Ron good point, I’m a lot older then you so I don’t need one! Maybe make a drop down bracket under the plate. It may also help keep the mud off your back. 👍

What I want to know is how the speedometer works compared to the off road version because I have the off road version and I want to turn it road legal. Does the speedometer match when you change sprocket sizes

Yes it's the exact same bike just with all the bits to make it road legal. The fastest I've got mine is 47mph. It comes restricted from the manufacturer but the company I bought it from derestricted it.
Does it have a high beam switch? I have the road legal version too and can see the light on the dash for it when it turns on but can’t figure out how to actually use high beam
No there is no switch for high beam. I didn’t even know it could do that… I am thinking of adding a switch so I can turn the light off when I want…maybe that will have a high beam option too?
Yeh it's quite expensive but then I save on things like petrol and road tax etc and when I want to I can take it off roading too... It's a great secondary vehicle... I have a car too for when the weather is bad

Hi mate, I’m currently paying £1200 fully comprehensive for the year with a company called Lexham insurance. As it’s my first year insuring a bike it’s pretty high. I could have got it for about half that with a company called MCE insurance but I heard a lot of negative things about them, as they do not have any call centres and you can only deal with them online, also their excess was just ridiculous.

It depends where I ride it. If it's in town or normal city roads it gets about 40miles... If I'm on A roads doing 40-50mph then it will much less, around 20 miles of range

I bought it because I wanted something fun too! 90% of the roads near me have a 20mph speed limit and those roads all have speed bumps on them. On top of that the vast majority of the roads are in pretty bad condition so having the suspension is great! How far is your commute? My commute to work is only 3 miles from my house so it takes 5 minutes max, even in rush hour!
@@connorhill4369 hi just seen your question, when you brake it puts regen power back into the battery, so if your using it it town and your braking more the battery will last longer.
@@exploresandtosummit I've read that the regen is crap on these machines. I have a Lexus Ct 200h so I know how regen works. They say to get rid of it(not sure how, easy from what I read some time ago) so you can coast when off the throttle instead of the regen slowing you down, but not actually regening (regening?) your battery sufficiently. I wish there was a rengen test.

@@driptic no. It's totally separate to car insurance. And it's pricey because I live in London and it's the first time I've taken out motorbike insurance so I don't have any no claims bonuses.

Yeh I know. The one I had on the back fell off while I was riding it and I lost it so I put the one from the front on the back temporarily. I have to replace it. Will put one on when I start riding again.
@@Sur-Ron alright :) , i have the exact same one but planning on doing a bac 8000 plus 75v bat and upgraded forks and going 21 wheel on the front and 18 on the back plus led light kit and a new headlight as i believe the current one is a bit shit
@@Sur-Ron well since its tuned to a 11kw classes as a 125 ,but i have a overide button where it will up the power to 14kw plus all electric motors are 0cc listed on issuance and as for the other changes there just listed as value added onto the bike they dont really care about it other than its expensive changes

I’ve heard that it changes when you change the sprocket. I haven’t changed mine yet so can’t confirm tbh

Takes 3 to hours to charge... The distance depends on how you're using it. Usually get about 40 to 50 miles out of it.

No. But it's pretty simple to add one. There are a few videos on UA-cam showing how to do it.
