- She was the former Feelease Soya of HeartLand Ferry of Japan. She was acquired on March 2018 and arrived in the country on December 11 2019. She has a length overall of 95.70 meters with a breadth of 15 meters. She has a total passenger capacity of 930 passengers (pre-New Normal capacity) and a running the speed of 18kts
She is equipped with the state-of-the-art navigation and monitoring system. CSLI boasts her Taiyo Electric Co. Ltd Engine Monitoring System which is its fifth vessel to have this type of system. She is classified under the Registro Italiano Navale (RINA) of Italy and is a member of the International Association of Classification Sociaties (IACS).
M/V Filipinas Mindanao will be initially serving the Cebu-Surigao Route with cargoes as of the moment due to the restrictions on carrying passengers.

@Jose Zeus Ranoco Bade Kaya nga ang Cebu ay nasa ECQ dahil sa katigasan ng ulo ng mga Cebuanos doon. Ayaw kasi silang sumunod sa mga Quarantine Protocols kagaya ng pagsusuot ng mask, pagbabawal sa mga malalaking pagtitipon o mass gatherings, pananatili sa loob ng kanilang pamamahay kung walang importanteng lakad, pagsunod sa Curfew, at pag-maintain ng Social Distancing.
May dalawa pang sistership si Fil. Mindanao sa Japan , Boreas Soya and Cypria Soya , hope CSLI acquire it too
