Only thing that happened to me YET is spidermites on my Calathea. I don't remember which one exactly because it was at the very beginning of my plant journey and I got it as a gift... Was devastated because it was soooo pretty and I did not know what happened in the slightest 😅

Haha yeah they’re nasty bastards, kill your plant without you even noticing 😂🥲

The number one pest magnet I own is the pothos. My jade, golden and neon pothos all constantly have mealybugs. I don't know why, even the plants that are literally away from any other plants still get them. I've tried, diatomaceous earth, the granules you shake into the soil but neither worked for me. Now every so often I just go through and kill every one I see. Spider mites killed my alocasia Polly and I've had thrips on several different plants, but they were pretty easy to get rid of for me thank goodness. I think I caught them early.

Oh nooo, sorry to hear about your pothoses 😂❤️ I only had mealybugs once and had a total of two before they disappeared completely so I won't be able to help. But I did say pothos was a pest magnet so I guess this further proves my point 😂
