I have a doubt, is it possible to create pauses in milestones, for example: my case is in the vendor pending status because it needs external support, so I would like to pause the sla in that status and resume the count where it stopped only when I have the my return. is it possible to do that

How come after creating your entitlement process you didn’t add the process to the Milestone template? Wouldn’t it save users a lot of time simply adding the process to the milestone template instead of the actual entitlement record itself?

Very fast explanation, not the best one if you are learning! I've seen better tutorial out there. I REALLY like Apex Hours Tuto's, don't get me wrong, I also appreciate them a lot, but this specific one I believe it was rushed and if you're learning, it's confusing to switch to Classic and Lightning and doing the hole process with Products. You can explain it better and simpler with Accounts first and then also do a use case with Products. The accent is also confusing, I needed subtitles to undestand everything. Hope it helps improve and it's not taken as a criticism.

Yes you can stop milestone and start
Quick question here.. can we set the SLA(Milestones) in cases without connecting with the entitlements?
Yes you can do with custom code ( inline page for live SLA tracking and One Trigger on Status changes) but reporting will be issue

if my case was on AFR due to some reason can i add that time in the sla.
