700 g liver
2 onions ( 1 cup )
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 TSP coriander powder
1 TSP chili powder
1 TSP Kashmiri chili powder
1/2 TSP turmeric powder
1 TSP cumin powder
1/2 TSP garam masala
1 TSP kasuri methi
1 TSP oil
2 tomato paste ( 1 cup )
1/4 cup yogurt
1 TSP cumin seeds
4-5 cloves
7-8 black cardamom
3-4 green cardamom
1 inch cinnamon sticks
1 black cardamom
1/3 cup oil
coriander leaves
green chillies
