I'm so glad this resurfaced. I have felt the Rachel's version was one of those simply transcendent beautiful songs I imagine playing at my funeral or wedding or every happy or depressing moment ever, it is just always perfect. But this version is so raw and unique and special that it absolutely deserves a place in history.

2010년에 처음 봤던 커버영상입니다. 그러다 2011년 동일본 대지진 이후 Gihm님의 영상이나 댓글이 업데이트 되지 않았고, 몇 년 뒤 채널은 삭제됐습니다. 어떻게 됐는지는 알 수 없습니다. 어느 누구의 댓글처럼, 그냥 재미가 없어져서 채널을 삭제한 것이길 바래봅니다. 가끔 찾아와 잘 듣고 갑니다.
+DerpKing We're talking 2005 if my memory serves me correctly. Last ones uploaded were 2007. Wish I'd saved all the videos he did. He did a great cover of Do Make Say Think which has long been lost :(
I started listening to gihm while he was still actively uploading videos and blogging and it was definitely circa 2006. I think his channel disappeared around 2012? I remember showing my friend some of his covers back in 2010 and I think he was done uploading new stuff by then. GIHM had great taste in music to, introduced me to a ton of cool bands on his blog.
Im getting back to this cover now yearly over the past 8 years and it is always breathtaking.
