I recently read about water therapy and now water holds memory. I got the idea to put my water picture in front of this and play it every pitcher. Then I drink the water or use it for cooking and for my animals. I recently went to my doctor for Crohn's visit. My test results are negative and clean. Leaving my doctor puzzled. He is sending me for an MRI just to make sure I'm over it. Interesting.

Learning to love everyone is easy, learning fear isn’t real it’s just something we all created in our mind now that’s hard to reword your brain to not fear. I’ve been working on it. There’s no room for fear when you have a heart full of love and compassion. Just have to get my brain to get on the same page.
Yes, it is very hard and something that I struggled with from a young age. I learned that as we get older, we face a particular fear and choose whether we are going to let it effect us where we begin to obsess and let our minds become overtaken by it. Once you begin to start being able to look and then face up to it, that is when you’ve won the battle. Now all you have to do is remember to not let that same fear take hold like it used to. Control your thoughts. I hope this helps.

Ok, so I listen to a lot of frequency UA-cam vids while sleeping. This one caught my eye and played it just to die down the snoring from my husband in thr next bedroom, last night. I had the most intense otherworldly dream of me being purged, something almost like a mild exorcism. I woke up to this still playing and my body forced a cry that started from my belly and I could feel it rise up filling my entire chest cavity through my mouth. I woke and saw i was back in my bedroom and looked out my window as my body began to cry. I could feel an intense release. And I started to remember every bit of this "dream" play in my head again as if it was imprinting this moment. I am going to play this again tonight.
