Great video Kris. Really informative. The illustrated maps were very helpful!
Thanks, Ryan!
Damn good video. Incredible work.
Great video! Personally, I fell in love with the area north of Orlando where the smaller towns are.
Great. What town did you settle in?
Wife and I have been considering both areas for a couple years now and while at first we were honing in on Orlando, after visiting several times to both places, all things considered we are now looking in the Tampa area in particular Pasco County. Although it was and remains a difficult decision between the two great cities.
What area in Pasco are you all considering?
Great video. I appreciate your objective approach with your comparison. I definitely will check out your other videos.
@blackchang1981 Thank you very much!

Bradenton and Sarasota should be included in the greater TB area.
Interesting. Most people I know would consider Sarasota its own city. I get if you were speaking to someone unfamiliar with the west coast of Florida, it might be easier to say you live in/near Tampa instead of saying Bradenton.
@kriskennedyre It is its own city but with its proximity to Tampa to should be included in regional population.
Deltona is included in the greater Orlando area and it's about the same distance as Sarasota.
Not including Bradenton and Palmetto which looks across the bay as not being part of the TB Region doesn't make much sense.
Tampa bay is amazing but good houses are expensive at this point.
There are areas that are more affordable than others in Orlando.
Tampa Bay bc of the downtown amenities and the bay.
solid reasoning. Hard to compare with that area plus being able to get on a boat and fish so easily.
Tampa Bay for sports and downtown, Orlando for amenities
Makes sense! Tampa has some great amenities too. Hopefully the Magic keep getting better.
Tourism sector employment in Orlando as well as percent of metro GDP should both be around 20% It sounds like you doubled it.
Did I mention GDP in my video?
Tampa Bay all the way
Tampa all day!!!
