This mod provides a lore friendly method of forcing Danse to join the Institute during Blind Betrayal. Recover Danse and bring him back to the Institute after learning he is a Synth.

I kinda wish they had let you do this in a game but instead of losing all personality maybe just readjusted it too fit a more institute viewpoint. Because let's be honest, The instuite companion is kinda boring.
I mean I suppose you could do the affiliation rewrite and then dress him up in courser clothes, right? Or perhaps the institute PA mod?

I can see this happen the brotherhood pretty much turned their backs on him. (And the one danse vouched for) Now, the lone wonderer gives him a better purpose with his sons permission. Danse is allowed some semblance of humanity given courser training and revenged themselves on the brotherhood, and they stood at the seaside as they all burned to the ground.
The one problem is, it's forced reseting and not emotionally driven revenge. Danse is so hard core BoS that him going against those morals would be near impossible.

It's kind of heartbreaking to see him factory-reset, hah.
Even i am feeling multiple emotions for a character part of an organization i dispise.
Not even making him a courser too
I wish we could integrate the characters into the Institute. For example Curie could be a valuable asset inside the Institute. I'm sure the doctor would love her. And Nick could get a little makeover.
And Piper could get a tour and get an *informed* opinion on the Institute.
Don't forget about Dr. Virgil. It would've been great to of had the option to reintegrate him into the Institute

If a mod gives you more choices than the RPG it's made for, there's trouble.
In that case, New Vegas is a horrible game.
Along with every other video game ever created.
The only trouble is the way your brain works. Literally any mod for any game adds more to the game, hence giving you more options, including New Vegas.

If one guy with the Creation Kit can write more outcomes for a quest than an entire team of professional RPG writers, there's trouble.

The quest already had two endings and if that isn't enough for you than that is the exact purpose of mods. What your saying is that if I were to go and add another ending to any quest from new vegas, I would be, in your eyes, a better writer than anyone in Obsidian and New Vegas is an awful game. All he added on was a single, different outcome which is good but doesnt make FO4 as bad as you may think it is

@@EclecticallyEccentric debatable. Their made from Shaun and other DNA and artificially grown, but artificially grown offspring are still offspring. That's even why he's called father: he's the father of the synths. He didn't invent or make them, so that means in a literal DNA donor way.
@@DiogenesDworkinson they’re just made from human dna. They used Shaun’s only because it wasn’t contaminated by radiation. Using him as a template to construct a synthetic human genome isn’t the same as using him as a sperm donor, so I’d disagree with the whole “grandchild” thing. He is the father of synths in a colloquial sense, but not a literal sense.

I'm not gonna lie, this is just too evil. Danse doesn't deserve this joining the Institute after killing him. It's better he only join with the Railroad. Heart breaking seeing Danse being this way. Kind of sucks that even he's with the Institute or the Railroad, his personality doesn't change and still for the brotherhood like I wish Bethesda could've add this like how Cait doesn't like Chem and likes your being generous after doing her quest.

I mean I highly doubt that. If he were a synth, he’d have to be an institute replacement because the brotherhood watched him grow up from childhood. And if he were a replacement, he would have to have knowledge of it and therefore probably wouldn’t want to destroy the institute.

Maxson doesnt have a synth component when you kill him. He's human
But who exactly has he hurt besides the things you ordered him to? He is not a real threat just a single machine to the heavily armed army you command. You not doing it because you have to you're doing it because you want to, you came yourself to see it through instead of accepting a possible lie that would be danse going into hiding and most likely never crossing paths with any of you or your mission. Is it because he replaced the real danse? I'd be upset about that too, but it already happened, you have his clone right in front of you.

@@wxynex_ well i have the PS4 version and to be honest they don't have as many as the Xbox version, however they don't suck. they have plenty of good mods though, and most of the popular ones on Xbox you have for PlayStation as well. it just depends on what type of mods were talking about, Sony is more strict about which mods get ported, however Microsoft doesn't allow every single mod either, Bethesda also tends to keep an eye on certain mods themselves.
@@Edridxactual mods arent possible on playstation. We get weather mods made with stuff already in game. Thats it! "No external assets"... Even the wacky weapons workshop stopped working for me. Its the only good mod on playstation IMO
