Loved watching this process - really blown away with your knowledge and creativity! Thanks for sharing, I'm going to watch some more vids now. Am in the middle of writing a sort of medieval era type story so you'll be giving me lots of cool ideas for food and flavours to pepper into the scene settings 😊
Wow I have to say that sausage looks DELICIOUS. German over here and what I usually see from other sausages doesn't exactly apply to me. But this looks amazing
Imagine if bears made sausages and one had a UA-cam channel and uploaded a vid about how he made human winter sausage for the hibernation season, and then started slicing up chunks of people explaining the whole process, ha ha ha, that would be so funny. 😂🤣😂 great vid man. are those plastic casings? oh yeah, youtube put ads on your vid, hope you get your cut.
LMAO that is hilarious!🤣😂🤣 The casings are made from plant cellulose. I've been getting about 1/2 a penny per view since UA-cam monetized my channel. Thanks for watching and commenting, I appreciate it!🤙✌️
I think this would still be good without the drying step. The semi dried sausage is somewhat more shelf stable and it does affect the texture. Basements, closets, garages, etc. can all be used to dry as long as it stays around 50-60f and is relatively humid, around 70-80% humidity.
Looks delicious! Let that be a warning to the bear that messed with your smoker, haha.
😂🤣😂

Pork comes to the rescue once again, basically a magic delicious beast
One of the most useful and amazing animals on the planet IMHO!
If one didn’t have a drying chamber could you skip the that step and just not have a shelf stable sausage or do you feel it is a necessary step?

If you can't tie a knot, tie a lot. Sage advice.
