Everybody in this video did the right thing. Cops were a lil extra with how they did it but the windows are pitch black, they don’t know who or what is in the vehicle. The crowd was fearless and let the cops know that theyre all watching and respect to the kids for not overreacting and maintaining composure while getting arrested. This whole scenario gets an A+

These weren’t regular police officers, these were most likely a group of officers nicknamed ‘jump out boys’ they deal with more serious crimes generally but must have got the call out for this, they don’t take no shit, out the car quick, guns drawn and 10 seconds later they’ll have you in cuffs
Hate to say this. The reason the cops had their guns pulled is you can't see in a heavy tinted car. You don't know if anyone has gun. If the driver did a burnout in public, which is a arrestable offense, take your medicine. With great power comes great responsibility. This is the attitude that people need to take when owning these Chargers and Challengers. It's a time and place for everything.

Judging by the crowds, the cars and the streaks on the pavement, it's safe to say these guys were drag racing, doing donuts or at the very least, reckless driving in a public place around pedestrians. For the life of me, I don't understand why people are surprised/upset when the police step in to enforce the law. I do commend that brotha for not letting the crowd amp him up to do something stupid. Live to see the day to deal with the interaction in court.
