Yep he's right. You only have a few seconds to draw somebody in if you're using a video. We also pay attention to Facebook analytics to see how long people watch our videos if we use a video for an ad. What we've found is people don't watch all of the video.
Definitely not! Looking closely at the Insights can be a real hit to the ego, but is so important to understanding how your videos are performing. We have to remember that for the person watching, the next piece of content is just a swipe away!

Hi thanks for the videos they are very user friendly and understandable.. I'm playing with videos but having a problem with facebook I've put the subtitles on and edited them but it's not showing on the published version am I doing something wrong? any help would be hugely appreciated.
Subtitles on Facebook have to be turned on by the viewer. So if you are watching you need to turn on subtitles to see them. If they are set up right, other people that have subtitles turned on will see them.
