i was not a fan of the jamie's and luke's design, but their gameplay and personalities just won me over. All these characters have so much personality.

I slept on Jamie till last week and I’m having so much fun learning him. He’s such a weird character bc he changes so much between drinks.
Thats why I choose him, the only problem I have w him is the dmg from the LP
So the most play dhalsim sees in the entire community, is when desk uses him for fun combos
Jamie is the undisputed juggle king, holy shit this was entertaining to watch. So much more to learn about this character and this game!
Whenever I try to come up with combos for Jamie that include drive rush, the damage be far lower than just doing ⬇️HP ⬇️↙️⬅️HP ➡️HP. I must be doing something wrong.

What does Jamie's lvl 2 super do again?
Instantly gives him level 4 drink level (if he’s already level 4 it gives him 3 drive gauge) while also canceling any recovery from the move he just did
0:20 In case some people are trying to get this combo down, you need to microwalk a little bit after Level 2. You're +12 there and st lk is a 5 frame so you can microwalk

I'm not even that big of a fan of SF, ai barely played IV, but I bought the game for Jamie and Kimberly alone. To be honest I'm maining Kimberly just because I've seen the initial streams of JP and I'm not dealing with that s***, gap closers all the way 😂

I didnt know Jamies Super 2 refills his Drive meter.. is that true or is it just a training thing? Thats actually really cool. I think all his drinks should give him a bar
Yes but it has one big weakness, if you use it it resets you back to level 0 for drinks no matter where you are at
Can someone explain what drinks do? Sort of like Hakan’s oil?

Yun was exactly the character I thought of when he continued the combo after the level 3 on that last combo. Very reminiscent of Yun in SF4.

Do people actually do these in a real match?
Of course not. People will pick the most optimal combo for the situation and only deviating from that if they're going for oki or some other setup.
not often. a lot of desks combos are super inefficient resource wise. these are purely for the sauce
actually though meter dumping for the kill is sometimes a good call so i shouldn't say never. plus command grab working after OD palm in the corner actually seems useful so i'm totally stealing that.
