Still no Fuzzy, ice flower, 3 option semi solids in Mario 3d World
The SMB2 Mushroom has to be my fovorite. After all, it is one of my favorite games. My second favorite would have to be the Koopalings for the NSMBU Theme and the Acorn Suit. Since I have trouble making traditional levels for that theme, this will make it easier.
In world builder if you put a castle on water or lava ween the path is clear it will emerge

Fun fact: if you place Lemmy on a music block towards the bottom of the screen, the music block will say "hello" and if you place it towards the top, it will say "ok"
The other Koopalings make cool sound too lol. Check it out :) Koopaling's magic do NOT make noises, however.

I know I already commented but there’s two really interesting about the Cursed Key/Phantos that you guys didn’t bring up that I wanted to tell you about.
A: You can place Cursed Keys inside of enemies, meaning you can have it hide in an enemy as a trap, or have something like a Spike Ball automatically kill an enemy to force the Key/Phanto onto the player.
B: Phanto actually glows in the Night Ghost House and Night Underwater themes, meaning it can actually be used as a light source for unveiling things.

Morton’s shockwaves also act as a source of fire. This means they can melt frozen coins/frozen bricks, ignite bob-ombs, and so on.
Also, a neat little tidbit: the P-switch music while you have the SMB2 powerup is a slightly remixed version of the SMB1 overworld theme, and the star theme sounds slightly different too.
A few facts about the World Maker:
You can actually change the icon of the final castle of the world to an airship icon. HOWEVER, you can only do this for the final levels of INTERMEDIATE worlds. The final castle of the GAME will always be a castle (although it’s a different design from the other world castles, resembling more of a real final castle, and both of these are not to be confused with the entirely different “tower” icon that you can create for any level in the game besides the final levels of worlds).
If you put the final level of a world in water, lava (volcano theme), or in the sky (space and sky theme) instead of on ground, it’ll rise out of the water, lava, or a cloud (respectively) once you reach that level, making a pretty cool and dramatic effect
Can you add that bullet bill helmets recharge if you are in water so you can fly infinitly under water
All Koopaling magic can melt frozen coins. It’s not just Morton’s shockwave attack.

Yeah I’ve been playing all day I’ve been trying to make a horror level where it’s a nighttime ghost house level where you go through a little bit while pow blocks light the place up and at the bottom of the corse you’ll find a cursed key and all the pow lights turn off when you touch it then phanto will chase you through a pitch black maze that you’ll have to traverse all by memory.
I hope the fact that the Phanto will become a light source doesn't ruin your idea.
I saw a level like that that used on/off switches and had bloopers chase you

PLEASE CAN YOU TRY MY LEVEL : ID: 666-4J0-KWG. You are in a troopa car and you are wearing a canon box. You have to shoot on/off interruptors to activate on/off blocs and shoot on piranah plants. It is in airship and jungle style. I NEED ADVICES. Told me what do you think of my level: What is good, what is Bad...
@@henrididier5986 I know that you posted this comment three months ago, and I don't know if you still play the game but I still want to reply. From the code I assume your level was "canon flowers (my fist course)". If this was your level then I would say that overall the course was pretty good. I will say that it is a bit confusing to understand. I found this part of its charm though. I will say though that you should make it more readable since when a player is playing a level they most likely won't want to have to go through a trial and error process when playing a normal level. Along with this, I will say that for a first level, this wasn't bad at all. I would say that the level was actually better than the average level. In fact I checked if you had new levels and was sad when I saw you hadn't made one because I believe you are actually really good. Overall, I enjoyed the level yet it had flaws but for a fist level that's expected. I also hope that if you still play SMM2 then you should make more levels and if you're wondering, My maker name's ◇$hr€kG¤d.

@@henrididier5986 That sounds awesome. I can't wait to play another level from you :)! Since you asked, here's my Maker ID: 45Q-D1B-LFF. Just don't play my old levels, they're hot garbage. I'd say anything from my course "training course [easy ver.]" and up are when i actually started trying to make good levels.
I feel like this was missing some details on some of the koopalings. One important thing to note is that some of their behaviours change after they take 2 hits. For example, Roy will start trying to fake you out and reburrow multiple times, and Ludwig will get more bullets in his spreadshot.

Roy and Morton both try to fake you out when wings are added. On Roys last hit, he doesnt look left and right before popping.
Larry, Iggy, and Wendy after taking no hits shoot one beam/ring at a time, after being hit once they shoot 2 at a time, and after being hit a third time they shoot 3 at a time.
Lemmy with no hits will shoot 1 ball at a time, then after 1 hit he will shoot 3 at a time, and after 2 hits he will shoot 5
Ludwig shoots 3 beams at a time on his first hit and 5 on his last.
Morton will ground pound more often upon being hit, and Roy will choose to get out of the ground immediately after being hit teice
0:36 if you make it throw coins, it wil keep going until the schreen stops scrolling, and will then go diagonally upwards...
In the Mario Bros Snow theme, you can also pick up snow balls from semisolids platforms.

Btw, I like watching your videos even though I don't own the game because the stuff you talk about in your videos can apply to a lot of other game maker engines and stuff that isn't even Mario related. You forgot to say that a Spinny shelmet destroyed the Lemmy's balloon and that we can ride on a shell with the SMB2 mushroom
Thats not the only thing roy can do, he can also pop up from the cieling and drop doing a ground pound.
Altho his ground pound does not hits On Off Switches (confirmed by Looygi)

I'm planning to make my own super world and the info about the Koopalings in particular was good to know. If I even make it to 8 worlds, I plan to use each one with different level layouts that fit with their movesets. Also when I discovered the baseball minigame, I got a short burst of joy when I recognized the NES Baseball jingle.

Any of the block powerups can be refreshed if you get another one.
You can refresh your propeller by getting another propeller
If lemmy has blocks above his head then he doesnt get on the ball
I really love the world maker and Ludwig. I always loved Ludwig, he's the oldest and most of the time the last koopaling to defeat. He's extremely powerful with wings (sort of). I love the world market because you can just create you own Mario game!
Also, it’s probably already known but on your last world in world builder the castle is bowsers castle and it stays like that, but for every other castle on the worlds before the last world can be ether an air ship or castle it’s just a fun little addition.

5:38 actually, Morton will still fire his magic wand when he finds wings. He'll usually do it after the second ground pound but he will eventually do it. I don't know if this behavior is just in one theme though.

When hitting a boss with the smb2 mushroom, it will play the same noise if you hit a boss in the actual smb2 game.
Twirling with 3D headgear on will do a ballerina spin instead of a normal one. They have the same height.
Jumping and crouch walking with the goomba headgear on will play goomba sound effects.
Mechakoopas bounce of wall when thrown like if you were to throw an object in mario maker 1.
You can also do shell jumps with the smb2 mushroom if you take damage at the correct time. Here are some setups: 82C-R8B-B6G
Clouds turn from happy to sad when destroyed. It's brutal
*5:42, actually winged Morton gains the ability to do fake-outs while before jumping.
6:07 Roy also has his head out less time if winged.
8:18 If not winged, Ludwig will ALWAYS try to fall on you.
EXTRA: If Koopalings are at 1 hit from dieing, they get boosts:*
-Larry / Iggy: Shoot magic missiles 3 times, then move (2 if hit once)
-Ludwig: Shoots 5 bullets instead of three.
-Wendy: Can have more proyectiles on-screen.
*EXTRA2: Koopalings jump with their shell in any style excluding NSBU.*

My favorite thing was that the SMB2 Mushrooms jump as you jump during nighttime. Did you know that the regular cannon ball and the charged cannon ball both have the same time before they explode?

I'm really disappointed that cannon balls don't hurt other players since it was hurting other players in 3D World even though it was a coop only game.

Mechakoopas can't die by lava or poison in all the retro styles. Although you can stand on them in the Super Mario Bros style, or spin jump on them in Super Mario World and New Super Mario Bros U, I can't think of a way to stand on them in the Super Mario Bros 3 theme.

You forgot to add the fact that when crouching in the goomba mask, you go the same speed as a goomba
Number 47 is actually wrong, if you jump when a thwomp tries to crush you the thwomp will be destroyed (pow head)
3:37 you acually can twirl with the propeller box just use all of your jumps with the propeller box then wall jump and then you can twirl
if you press both shoulder buttons at the same time it still uses 2 charges and 1 jump
did you guys know that the on/off trampolines have a really weird property where you can go through it if hit by a blaster
My favorite new feature is that Roy can fall out of the ceiling and will cause a stun for the player if still standing

You can scale walls with the bullet mask by jumping off the wall, then flying back to it. | There are three different types of mushroom houses and you can choose which one you want in world maker. | You can put Lenny and Ludwig on tracks in the sky or clouds to simulate fire balls coming from the sky. This can be used in boss fights. | you can put blue mekakoppas in walls, make a one wide gap, then put a one way door in the wall facing the gap to make endless lasers come from arena walls. Tell me if you want more tips.

i saw some big shelmet sprites that seemed for the p balloon,are those used or not?
You can't wear a shellmet or the spiny helmet while using the p-balloon.
You can also enter doors with the p-balloon

Uhh so nsmbu theme is more dangerous to be on the ground with them because they don't jump up when they go in their shells and they home in on you pretty well.. and uhh morton only shoots his yellow bolts in smb1 and smb3 theme.. and roy can pop up on semi solid platforms so don't think you are safe on them.. i think that's it... okay bye

Another thing, you can also still use the cannon box while in Koopa car

Most of these facts are basic and anyone who has seen the trailer for the update should know these! Like picking up snowballs from the ground in snow theme, the frog suit physics, the propeller and pow box indicators, only one super world per user, and many more! I knew some would be known, but most are just facts everyone WOULD know.
