This is amazing man. MX is so good. I wish you had Beta Luigi in GF’s place though. It would’ve set it more apart.

@@éOizuna wait that’s a good point, but I’m talking about physical strength, not powers or abilities. (Warning, nerd alert 🤓) in Mario Odyssey, cappy is more of a permanent ability Mario gets, being able to possess entities. Cappy is his own entity, and not apart of Mario directly.
@@mallinium029 there we have a HUGE point. And also, in All-stars, Ultra M had to make one of his puppets (Tanooki.exe) to distract BF so he could kill GF. MX literally rips GF apart in front of BF and he couldn't do anything.

tbh, MX’s voice mixed with Horror Peach, Yoshi.exe, Devil Mario, Beta Luigi, and Costume Mario sounds like the best combo
I love how in Act 4, you made the impressions to the point we can hear them!

The Redux is here, adding Act 2 and making some other minor tweaks to improve what was already there.
Changing the intro and outro sound effects was a beautiful touch.

Well.
On act 3 MX turns his size to gigantic size.
If you doesn't know,
MX has a megètokhinesis ability alongside his shapeshifting ability.
He could being tall as he wants above 12ft
I feel like this is how it should’ve really ended, with MX pretty much being the more popular one and probably being the only Mario exe that can come close to Ultra M in power, he would’ve been a great final boss
He also sounds better with this song imo
It would be even better if it was tag team of MX and Mr L against BF, GF and Pico.

@@NeekoElijahMaybe after BF, GF, and Pico die, it can add an extra act where Lucas ends up saving the day and helps them get back out as the Mario '85 devs said that the game is HIS story, which kinda insinuates that he's fighting back.
So I thought what the End of the mod would be, since MX said in v1 what would catch us next time

I'll admit I did consider that, but I don't know, it feels a bit too "fan service" even for me. Going with the Hellish Heights characters became not only more realizable but also tangible as a concept due to Hallway Mr. L's sprites being a perfect substitute for Omega.

Oddly enough, MMv1 implied that MX was pulling the strings way before Horror Mario took control, so this is somewhat appropriate on if that aspect stayed.
And imagine if a hypothetical extra act showed Lucas actively fighting back to save BF and GF.
That'd likely be a different song altogether to be honest.
@@CraftyMooManWell, my idea of a potential "Act 5" being Lucas saving the day here is to both give a good ending AND because the Mario '85 devs said that the game is his story, implying that he will beat MX, so it would fit for him to beat him once again here.

Having the GX section in 1-2 and having mx holding dead gf would be cool bc the old version of the pc port update was an underground level with mx in the bg.

Missed the opportunity to call it hellish stars
Meh, I went with the name "STAR-POWER" as if to say MX has so much star power (in terms of his role in the mod) that he's able to lead the final song. The other Hellish Heights characters were not in the original plan, it was just MX in Act 1, 3, and 4, they were added as collateral when Crafty remade the cover and added Act 2.
That's why I opted to call it "STAR-POWER REDUX", because it's a redoing of the previous cover, and I don't like making new names for a cover when I'm reuploading a new, improved version of it.
"Hellish Stars" isn't a bad name though, so if you want to refer to it as that, then that's fine,

Considering how All-Stars came after the Warp Zone Overworld and the implications of the v1 ending, I assume that the original plan was after M's/GB's third phase, Warp Zone gets unlocked and after beating all the songs there, MX comes back for one last battle.
I......... Think in the original plans, GB has a second song and gf was a playable on that song facing GB.
The third song (i call it all stars (GB mix/version)) is GB would have a third phase (which i think it's looking like ultra M) which is an original version of all stars and original lore.

Whenever I use MX’s voice in covers (or try to), it always sounds “duller” than it does in his songs. How do I make it sound more like it does normally?
That's a question for Crafty, I do not know the first thing about making covers or dealing with chromatics.
You gotta get his effects first. I personally got mine from DarthPaulRen's All Stars FLP. I can go more into detail if you also need to now how to apply effects and/or how to get them from an FLP.
