That is true. I Don't need the 4 auto though living in the south. But I should of pointed that out. But myself now I much prefer to not have 4 auto living below the snow and ice line.
@@Jason-Samko The other thing is Ram usually discounts the bighorn the most. It’s high msrp of 61k to 65k gets huge discount. I would have paid the same on a tradesman with less features.
@nordlandak6853 the big horn is my favorite package and that's what I've always owned. But the tradesman does have some out standing deals. Have alot of buddies that drive them for work and get killer discounts on them. I bet I could get this warlock for 10k off next year. Makes it one heck of an amazing package at an amazing price. But the bighorn is my favorite package
I have a loaded ‘22 bighorn that stickered for 65k which I bought for 52k or 20% off at 0% APR. In hindsight, getting a loaded bighorn is not smart because a base Laramie is cheaper. But the deals weren’t as good on the Laramie back in 2022 and I really wanted pano sunroof so happy with what I have
I like your build and you're right, besides the 12" screen, the build is very similar. The Rebel is also NOT available with the High Output engine, which makes your build even better. Good work.
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it. I dont mess much with the full size trucks and spend all my time in the midsize and hd lines. So greatly appreciate any corrections or info I missed like this. That said this new ram 1500 with the hurricane is a very exciting truck. Love the I6
2” lift on the Rebel as opposed to the 1” lift on the Warlock. You can currently get all of that on an Off Road package except for the Bilstein shocks. Looks great though.
The warlock packages offers alot more like wheels, grill, black out package etc all in one. So it makes the tradesman look like a rebel almost. Such a great package
Late watching video, i remember you could get a powerwagon package on a tradesman just a couple years ago for about 8k but was still much cheaper then the real fancy one
It would have to to handle the extra hp and tq. But I still be the standard last longer because it's toned down. The high out put is an amazing motor. But I'd put my money on the standard as lasting longer. I'd happily buy either of them though. So excited for this new motor. Inline 6 is such a perfect motor especially for turbos.
@barrymantei7795 yep. But like I said I love both motors. But the cost savings is pretty big between them right now. That might change later down the road though.
I thought the rebel was optional with the ho? If i was wrong on that assumption I apologize. Thought I heard it was going to be an option in one of the other videos.
@@Jason-Samko everything I’ve seen says the HO is not an option when you factor in the RHO it makes sense as that would probably undercut that new vehicle but the order you have just configured is very desirable add in the HO and it would be a knockout
57 k i want a sunroof, trailer brake controller, fog lights, power seats, leather interior, front and rear lockers. 3 inch lift, bed lights, step up bumper, bed liner, power in the bed, steel bumpers, full skid plates, auxiliary switches, heavy duty transmission with heavy duty transmission cooler, tow hooks, tonneau cover, lsd, awd, sliding rear window. 3 speed transfer case with center lock. Cab lights on top. Edit: and a 10 year 100,000 mile power train warranty. And corrosion warranty. Plus a high enough front end weight rating to carry a v plow. Perfectly balanced. Beautiful just in natural physics. No extra balancing shafts needed. From a engineering perspective you can't best a straight six. Everything else is out of balance requiring more parts and a more complex design to make it balanced. They should make every motor a straight six. Nothing else even makes sense they are naturally just in a physics way impossible to balance without adding more unbalanced parts to counteract the initial design being imbalanced. It's not even logical to purposely make something with rotating and moving parts that doesnt balance. And that's most every engine produced since they started making less straight six engines. . @itsallminor6133 prices are going to start dropping slowly as we keep seeing. And until they get lower we will keep seeing the huge discounts. Power wagon is and always will be one of my all time favorites. Love that truck
I wonder how the depreciation will hold up compared to the Rebel % wise
Good question. But if you buy it right and get a good discount that's always the best way to get most money back at the end
The standard output high output SST are not the same engine, the HO has forged engine parts and heavier crank and bearings. Very different engines.
