Great tutorial overall, this is super specific, but I noticed you used the phrase "per se" multiple times in the video. I don't think that phrase means/is used the way you think it is, since the way you used it makes me think you meant to say "for example" or maybe "id est," which was a little confusing.
That is carrier sniping and that should only be done at certain times. I would watch my video on the MvR with Steve. He talked a bit on CV sniping. You can find them with your fighters or dive bombers as most CVs don't move much.
cross drops are almost useless. your torpedos dont deal enough damage so that a few hits are enough. either try to get the drop of before a dd can react or use one squad to bait the dd in a turn and then throw the torpedos in the turn when the rudder is in a full turn. i found that to be a lot better. thats most of the times easier than a frossdrop since you dont need to manage two attack directions. but if the target is very low on hp a crossdrop might guarantee that one hit to kill it
I found it nice on certain DDs where my skill at hitting them was, lackluster and it was easy for me to just create a kill box with the torps. But thank you for commenting as it will teach others

4:35 most annoying feature, killed so many torpedo runs. just want to select my torpedo squads on my haku but game is like no you clicked too fast, lets move camera instead
