A great location, decent sized big lake in what are stunning surroundings. The boat footage came out really well and the town with the steep narrow streets looked like a fun place. As usual the video quality is excellent. 😊👍

In 1988 to 1990 during my journey from the top of Alaska to the bottom of South America in my very trusty 1969 VW campervan, and after climbing Volcán de Agua, near Antigua, to the top, I drove my van to camp at the edge of this beautiful lake surrounded by volcanoes. And of course I took a boat ride to Santiago de Atitlan to enjoy wandering around this pretty colonial town etc. I remember filling my coffee jug with water straight out of the lake. I have since read much about the geology of this area and that the lake is as a result of a supereruption of continued volcanology is very much still at play here which you can clearly see in your videos showing the volcanoes close to the edge of the lake and the ash cliffs. I have since also spent time at the Taal Lake supervolcano area in the Philippines and I find both quite similar.
