two points, it's not him changing his looks more of him growing into his adult self (the comic eventually hints at this). People like Caitlin Glass, Colleen Clinkenbeard or Mike McFarlin being attached to a dub as director is a pretty good indicator its going to be very well acted and well translated. 1:08:59 actually the association picks recruit low rank unemployed hunters for low rank gates because high ranks get recruited by Guilds for high rank gates with more loot. The problem is the Gate in the first episode was a double dungeon. From the outside it read as E rank dungeon but the dungeon inside the Dungeon was an S. Their team didnt need to go in
Since you guys enjoyed this so much I fell like you'd also enjoy Danmachi (also known as "is it wrong to try and pick up girls in a dungeon" but don't be put off by its name), its a similar vibe where they go into dungeons but in danmachi there's just one permanent dungeon and the deeper you go the stronger the monsters get, though danmachi is more of a traditional fantasy taking place in more medieval times. It also proceeds to get better with each season with season 5 releasing in a few months.
You are not kidding, I second this suggestion! I LOVED THE FIRST SEASON, that fight at the end was literally biblical!! The VA was soo good in this too!
49:45, fact, that armor and the armor he's seen in later he says is from Italy, and if you look it up, Armorsmiths from there have been making SHOWSTOPPING pieces fir kings and royals for centuries.

44:16 “Am I crazy? His voice is a little different too-“ “Yeah, it feels like he aged.” That was intentional. The English VA for Sung Jin-Woo-Alexis Lee-actually says in videos about voicing Jin-Woo that he changes how he sound as Jin-Woo grows. The first voice we hear is Jin-Woo at his weakest, lighter in tone and softer. You hear Jin-Woo’s innate tenacity in any screaming moment, when the character wants to survive. As Jin-Woo levels up his voice becomes more solid versus the more airy, almost fly-on-the-wall tone from before. The voice deepens its register and has more sharpness coming through in both calculating what is going on and navigating those circumstances with preparedness and resolve.
1:21:53 It's actually removed from the anime and idk why coz it's not like they haven't shown all kinds of murder in here lol, but the dungeon boss and den was filled with goblins and he fed the living convicts, pretending to be dead, to them.
In the episode with the b rank assassin the reason you don’t see him fight the boss is because he drags one of the prisoners that was playing dead into the boss room and lets the boss kill him. But they cut a lot of dialogue between him and the assassin where he learned what they did. It’s a great but brutal scene. I get why it was cut however I’m sad it was
So i wanna explain that all the ranks still have power gaps, basically you have low A rank and high A ranks for example, the higher the rank the bigger those gaps become S rank has the biggest gaps you could be S, SS or SSS and beyond. Cerberus was definitely Low A at most.
In manghwa/comics they give you much more detail and story line. If you guys really wanna get deep into it I highly recommend to go through the reading before enjoying the anime.

I SECOND THIS! JUST FOR THE VA SCREAMING FIREBOLT
You are not kidding, I second this suggestion! I LOVED THE FIRST SEASON, that fight at the end was literally biblical!! The VA was soo good in this too!
Agreed followed by the abridged version.
Dumb name that'll have a lot of people pass it up, good story, keeps getting better and a lot of lore. Also recommend
49:45, fact, that armor and the armor he's seen in later he says is from Italy, and if you look it up, Armorsmiths from there have been making SHOWSTOPPING pieces fir kings and royals for centuries.
i NEED season 2 of this, the manwha was so good bro im excited for it to get fully animated
The fact you guys don't have to wait a week for the next episode after those cliff hangers is so much better.
HOW DID I MISS THIS!?! It dropped 3 months ago. Damn you algorithm!
Thanks for pointing out that guys was VA of Piccolo. It's been so many years since Ive seen a Dragon Ball episode that i went straight to All Mights VA lol.
44:16 “Am I crazy? His voice is a little different too-“
“Yeah, it feels like he aged.”
That was intentional.
2:02 “Piccolo” is also Vegeta, All Might, and Zoro.
In the manhwa the nurses mentioned the sand in the room. Too bad they cut it out of the anime.
I get why it was cut however I’m sad it was
saw the thumbnail and I was immediately so happy
Fun Fact: at 1:18:49 they animated that bit in as paying respect to Mr.Toriyama sometime after he passed away
Yall need to check out the video alex made (the VA of MC) trying out different lines for "Arise." It is hilarious
That zenitsu comment is hilarious when you realize the English va for Jin woo is the same as zenitsu lmfao
Wow, the dub is really high quality! 😊
Yes it is well deserved too
Jinwoo's voice actor also plays Zenitsu in Demon Slayer and Anos in The Misfit of the Demon King Academy 😄😊
8 shots of tequila free beers deep and there’s a pop-up on my hud that just keeps saying do cocaine yes or no. I’m joking 🤣🤣
He's gotta save his mom. Elixir of life.
I've been reading solo leveling since it started, all the way up till now. i'm so hyped for the later seasons they did a crazy job here
Dub anime has been getting pretty good the past few years...
Yami is also Zoro in OP dub
1:18:54 the hops were in homage of Akira Toriyamas passing
"CHICKEN CHASER!" BOOM PLAYS FABLE!
Man I hope you guys react to more English dub anime cause there's many more that have an amazing English dub cast!❤️😁 Are you guys still trying to convince Bree to react to AOT? 👀
I’m so glad more and more reactors are normalizing dub content. Makes me happy.
god I can't WAIT to see y'alls reactions to the upcoming season, the plot gets so much more detailed and we meet some of my fav characters lol
That big ant got it's back blown...
I need saving or therapy.
The fact they got so many niche references that appeared for less than a second but didn't mention the goku jumps during the 1v1 that was on screen for 3s made me laugh
"Somehow they're evolving."
Yes... Turning out ignoring your problems doesn't help. 😆
I am so looking forward to the next season. 😁
Wakey wakey!
Finally a youtuber that doesn't make the anime barely able to be seen
Jinwoos voice actor is the same as zenitsu from demon slayer
Yall need to watch Kaiju no8 next
How boom said is that a story of him become a god was soo close
1:44:16 when he says “Your with me now”
For a split second he looks almost drunk on power
I like the part where jinwoo says “wakey wakey. It’s time for school.”
sung jin woo is going to become the psycho chair god with all of his knights in his very own dungeon with angels following him.
imagine the job change quest was literally just going to like amazon or mcdonalds
I'm a Korean in Alabama, and Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) is constantly compared with southern fried chicken as a very different tasting, but competing dish. I'm biased and feel that Korean Fried Chicken dominates, and I've had some of the best Southern Fried Chicken in the world to compare.
im from bama as well and while i may not be korean i do have a korean friend who took me to her grandparents house and had korean fried chicken and that stuff is really good
1:18:49 The moment your opponent starts hitting the Goku warmup you know you're screwed
22:40 OH MY GOODNSESS! Im saying voice acting is SOOO GOOD in here!
thank god, thank you for reacting in Dub x.x
I watched the entirety of season 1, then immediately rewatched it. THEN, I went and bought the ENTIRE manwha and read it twice. Trust me you are NOT READY for what is coming.
also the main va is the English voice actor for zenitsu in demon slayer
38:15 foreshadowing at its finest
I don't mind it being dubbed what I mind is the background of the subtitles
I love these binge style vids
this maf baddass anime made me watch manhwa and i loved it fully💜🖤💥
Jinwoos English VA is the same person who voices Mash from Mashle and Zenitsu from Demon Slayer :) so yeah his VA is incredibly talented and absolutely rocks this role
22:29 Yes he is
42:20 Nat 20 on the toss, Nat 20 on the damage👌🏻
3000 dollars is normal price for a twohander sword. The cheap ones you see for 200 are just decoration for the wall.
You guys have great taste
Imagine he builds and army with his ability, the things on the island grow and start attacking everywhere so he becomes the last hope and unleashes his army against that island and its him on top, with every hunter on his side to stand off against that island and clear it
I never read the manga ^
5:41 That escalated quickly but I like it
It always amazes me when people forget his intelligence stat is also increasing, hence the attitude change.
You guys need to try
the eminence in shadow next, just as good
