Was listening to you on podcast with fergus crawly about your challenge for the English Channel and ice swimming was really good podcast .
I been doin bit of swimming due to triathnlon but due to some injuries am goin to focus on the 5k swim this year and try build up to the 10k swim next year.
Not man enough they to ditch the wetsuit yet tho 😂😂
