LOVE Koshari! Absolutely the best! Egyptians are beautiful, resilient, hilarious and hospitable people. Omar seems to be the best representation of all those qualities too. I miss Egypt. With Covid I can't travel as Toronto just went into lock down again. God willing, I will go back in 2021.

Koiushary is one of my favorite foods tastes amazing full of flavor love it
That breakfast looks amazing! I really liked the falafel in Egypt too. When I had koshari, my local guide added garlic oil and hot sauce to mine which made it spicy. Maybe try that next time. 😊
