Sir, In the Bar chart after changing the "Sort Axis" to CF_age band and changed to ascending also, but still I could see the "Under 25" bar as last column that is not sorted in ascending order in my trial action, could you please support to resolve it ? Orelse any other method to do the bars in a right order ?

You are also getting same pop-up like text can't be converted to whole numbers, do u want to continue. How u managed to get it correctly.

Hy, I am having a problem in sorting through CF_age band, as after completing this process and applying it in the column graph, it is sorting through number of employees instead of the newly created Age Sort column.

Hi, thank you for a great explanation. The HR Data.xlsx sheet is seen as a view-only sheet on Drive. It cannot be Down-loaded and so cannot be uploaded to Power Bi. Also inputting the link in Bi (Downloading via the web) does not yield the files stated. It shows the background or coding etc files. How can we D/Load the data file into Power Bi to create the dashboard? Thank you again.

Yes it's available, you need to create calculated field column

Bro close the first column with a close bracket before adding another Sum..
For calculating Attrition you should create a Measure instead of calculating column
Both measure and column can work. It depends on our approach
