This looks very good, I just hope they aren't over digitized and messed with. I hope they still have the same warm and raw sound as the original instrument.
good, BUT for one small fact.. i can't buy it yet.. please have products in store on the release date, I looked online at my usual shops and none have it =(
A great set of sounds, very useable for pop of all kinds. The Steinway upright is on tons of Beatles records, as is that Hammond. But that Mellotron is not from Abbey Road - just rented - they sold the original one in 1980. The Mannborg harmonium is not Beatles era - nor are those tubular bells - McCartney has the ones from Abbey Road.
I have both flatpacks and the wavefront refill from bitword (Which is absolutely fantastic). I guess I'm just pissed that we've had 4 refills from propellerheads (RDK, Pianos, Reggaeton & now Abbey Road Instruments) that I and many others have had no interest in at all but still no reason 4.0.
"someone called mrs mills" aggh! shes as famous for that as the Beatles are for using the mellotron on strawberry fields.a bit remiss I feel. very nice refill though =)
I like rewire. It's cool i guess, but I also love sequencing in Reason itself. I know I can record the audio comming from Reaon into Protools. I'd rather just to everything within Reason. Why doesn't Propellerhead let us record audio into Reason already! Alot of us are so good at Reason that I bet alot of people would just forget about Cubase,Logic,Protools etc. Reason would be a complete package for most of us. If that option was available.
homework - that must explain why they're using a completely different model (and set of tapes) Mellotron than The Beatles used, or why they think it has 1/4" tape in it (it's 3/8").
Hmm. Wheres my vintage synths refill? Or my Vintage Drumboxes refill? Or my "smashing bits of metal with hammers in an Einsturzende Neubauten" fashion refill? Seriously whats the bloody obsession with pianos and vintage keys? Have they done a poll of what people actually want from reason?
if you bothered to look , instead of plugging ur company you might know i'm NOT in the US, so why the heck would i wanna pay shipping from there?!?!... more ironic i live 10 minutes away from the real abbey road...
I still used this refill. So amazing
So whatever happened to the Lowrey organ used in the opening of "Lucy in the Sky..."?
You rock Stoffe.... Let's go back for some London Pride! This was a fun project to work on!

Have you checked out Flatpack 2 - it's excellent!
If I own this Refills discs but don’t have a registration code. Am I allowed to use it?
I don’t think Refills came with registration codes back then.
I just wish they did a decent mini moog, arp or waldorf wave refill. You know something I might actually buy.
Just got this... amazing stuff!!!
1
Create instrument, then use browser to find refill.
2
Then you use NN-XT to open different mics.
3
Repeat to add another instrument!

still no sighting off it in the uk.. =( why advertise something my shops don't stock yet.
I bought the re-fill pack, but wasn't in love with it. The sound take far too long to load, but they are good.
get a faster computer / hard drive ;-) . it's not that slow

I didn't get to hear enough of the sounds in order to be able to make an educated decision as to whether I would want to buy this or not
www.guitarguitar.co.uk/recording-studio/?brandname=Propellerheads are selling it for a tenner.
