Actually bloon solver was nerfed this update! It's just that the 3rd and 4th tiers were both massively buffed. 3rd tier is like 700 cheaper and attack speed went from 1.0->0.5 and 4th tier attack speed went from 0.75->0.5, as well as the puddles pierce going from 2->4, making the saveup to solver easier, even though the 5th tier was slightly nerfed. I'd say for most purposes the 4th tier is enough though.
That's the wrong mindset, you should try and find someone you like that also likes you. Chasing someone who probably doesn't have feelings for you just leads to more issues than it's worth, I can say that because I've lived it.
