I've had a crush on him since Sex Lies and Videotape. Not Pretty in Pink, though, because he played that douchebag character so well. Ha!
Stargate did it for a lot of us.

Energetic is not the word I'd use to describe Goldblum. Buoyant, maybe. But I've never seen Goldblum running or bouncing around. He's always sitting or leaning on something. Even in the movies.

Funny one! I can relate to the child outgrowing trick-or-treating with the parent. My daughter went trick-or-treating with her friends instead of me when she was 11 and it was a bit sad for me, but it was a complete blast for her. No eggs were involved to my knowledge...

Every single Halloween, I took my daughters to the fabric store. They picked out everything from patterns to fabrics. When my kids didn't need me anymore for Halloween, I was thrilled. It was a lot less work for me.

OMG. I grew up a few towns over in the same timeframe - I'm 5 years older than him. I went to college closeby with two kids that had been childhood friends - last names Perkins and McVey and I'm pretty sure they were from Andover. How funny is that. Has to be the same families. He has his timeframe wrong tho. He said he was 16 in the 60s I think but he was born in 1960. So weird to stumble onto this. Took me a minute to put the names together. How Funny.

Bologna is another good example of how to foodtrash people's property on Halloween. Cars specifically. When I was like 12 we invited a classmate to join us for trick or treat and he turned us down. So we went to his house and no one was home, but his dentist dad has left a car parked in the driveway. So we bought some bologna and put the whole thing in polkadots all over his dad's car. It soaked up like the whole layer of wax. It was crazy.
