- I finally got a date set for my surgery...
Even though I would have wanted a surgery yesterday, I am happy that we are not looking month ahead but very soon. I'm excited and crossing fingers for that everything goes well and that I can start my rehab journey back.
Also sharing a little bit of how most of my days looks like right now. Little bit of training, lots of recovery using different kind of recovery tools to boost.
Feeling quite positive right now. Head high. One day at a time.
The inner strength and determination to continue to keep pushing through intense suffering far beyond the point at which others gave up which made you one of the best in the sport - you are now putting to use to get through these hard times. As you take time for your knee to recover, you will build new levels of grip, core, and upper body strength. I look forward to a smooth surgery and getting back to rehab.

The 17th of May? Denmark has strange calendars! Best of luck with the surgery, hope it’s as minimal as possible and speedy recovery. These updates and the Unpolished videos are ready great
