Can never go wrong with a good loafer! And I love the gold sandals as well. I feel your pain about the having to go with lower heels, after I broke my ankle and tore the ligament back in 2005, it totally changed my feet and I no longer could wear any of my heels. Broke my heart to have to get rid of them, but it just wasn't safe or healthy for me anymore.
Aww sorry to hear that Flo, I hear ya, looking at a room full of heels I have to get rid of too, Katie will enjoy some of the I hope, but gonna embrace my new cool flats era 😂😘❤️

Everything looks amazing Viv, love your styling. Looking hip what aging 😳😝 you need to take out inflammation of your body. No inflammatory foods. Add turmeric complex,boswelia horsetail( great supplement because of natural silica, for bones, joints, ) since I used them, my hair, that after neurological covid, I lost more than half, regrew and now long and full😜 . Also add magnesium, . Cold pressed good quality olive oil. And I think it would help arnica complex injections. When I had back injury, like sciatica crazy, couldn’t walk. My acupuncturist injected under the skin all over that side, and next day, my swelling gone down. One more treatment, and I was able to walk straight and took off the excruciating pain. What it does, it pulls out inflammation, and then allows body to heal. Well also PRP would help, but that procedure more expensive, well at least here, in the States 😳😂 Have a blessed day🙏❤️

Pain is no fun 😂great acupuncture is good, but ask about arnica complex injections, it’s not deep injections, it’s like small multiple injections just very shallow , over the inflamed area, and it’s total game changer. She might already did it together with acupuncture, cause my doctor, from Switzerland, she did together both treatments ❤️

p.s. I would almost credit myself for the Kitten Heel trend. I dropped to a 1-2 inch years ago.... my feet thank me everyday. 😅
