In this video, my abilities after surgery, we show the results of SDR surgery for Dallas one year later. After surgery, Dallas did a lot of intensive physical therapy and these are the results of selective dorsal rhizotomy surgery for Dallas who is diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy quadriplegia.
SDR is a surgery performed on patients with spastic cerebral palsy. It is a surgery where the doctor enters through the spine and cuts nerves to reduce spasticity in the lower limbs. The surgery is used to help people gain greater control of their muscle, reduce spasticity and hopefully gain motor movements. To learn more about SDR please visit the website below:
