I like that Robin isn’t all glammed up for this interview but dressed so casually and looking relaxed 😊 Tom and Robin’s union in Forrest Gump was so iconic I never thought they’d reunite for another film. Look forward to seeing it ❤❤❤

The graphic novel is so amazing, I'm excited to see how it's translated on screen, especially with these two icons.
I'm glad Tom called Gayle out. Her questions are so obvious, she often interrupts people even though she has nothing important to add...In this interview she had no clue of the storyline but still asked silly questions and even pointed out being totally unaware of plotline. Not trying to be mean I just don't think she's very smart or a good interviewer. I think having a best friend named Oprah helps her a lot.
She always does more talking than her guests and constantly dominates the conversation. Just like Oprah.
How do you interview someone about a movie, especially folks, as famous as these folks, when you don’t even know the plot line - be bothered to at least try to kind of do your job
I think having that best friend set her up permanently. I agree that she interrupts and doesn't listen.

I thought that maybe it would be a different ending to Forrest and Jennie’s life. As a matter of fact I think that would make a great film. Jennie doesn’t die and her and Forrest have an incredible life together.

Forest needed a real male friend to tell him what a b...... Jenny was. She treats him like crap and only hooks up with him because she's helpless and can't get a man and doesn't want to get knocked up by the losers she hangs out with. But she doesn't explain this to Forest. Really, she takes advantage of him and doesn't even TELL him she's pregnant 😂😂😂. Plus Forest is too oblivious to realize any of this and doesn't even get mad at her. It's not a very interesting dynamic. I think in people's mind her and Forest like had some life and good times together but not really. It's a great film, buy why not give Forest a real woman. We tend to make allowance for Jenny for the sake of the movie but I'm not a fan of the character. I think Jenny is an insult to Forest. She's no sweetheart.
