    Damn. Freaking awesome. It would take me 28 days not 28 hours to make something like this. And I doubt it would be this great.

    Flabbergasting stuff. You do not rescale any part, I don't get how you model every piece in the right place with the right size. Great knowledge of the tools and nice quads flow.

    +Milergo CG Artist Hey dude, this job unbelievable, ordinary 3D modelers can't do this. Because this stuff shows us, this is not knowledge about software tools or commands. This job needs, sensitively precision on measurement in brain, also constructional thinking method. I'm really wondering, what's your educational background? Did you took any mechanical or engineering education?

    How do you 3d modelers design this stuff? Did you have a drawing with dimensions to draw from or something?
    Usually in Inventor or Solidworks we have to create the mechanical parts separately , then assemble them...But thats a totally different purpose.

    thanks

    • @vincentvalentine9417
      @vincentvalentine9417 8 років тому

      +asdfghjkl zxcvbnm both get the job done. 3d max seems to have a better work flow for modeling however. Just my two cents

    • @asdfghjklzxcvbnm6874
      @asdfghjklzxcvbnm6874 8 років тому

      +Tyler Mistretta sorry mate, i mean which one is better/easier to create a large/complex object such as motorcycle/car.
      thank you.

    • @vincentvalentine9417
      @vincentvalentine9417 8 років тому

      asdfghjkl zxcvbnm
      ok let me lay both out for you:
      The first question is, What Are You Going to Use it for?
      Modeling: 3ds Max has a very robust modeling toolset with a huge library of different modifiers which can make the modeling process easier. I would give this to 3ds max.
      Animation: For the most part, Maya has been known to be a much more powerful application when it comes to animation, with a huge library of animation tools. I would give this to animation.
      Rigging: When it comes to rigging, Maya pulls ahead slightly in this category as well. However, it does require a bit more programming in MEL if you want to create complex character rigs. Now, with 3ds Max it can be a bit easier to rig, but you can create complex rigs in Maya that might be very difficult to achieve in 3ds Max.
      3ds Max has been known for its powerful modeling tools, allowing you to create complex 3D models with a very fast workflow and robust modifiers, with the entire poly modeling tools contained in one area of the UI.
      So for what you sound like you need. I would suggest 3ds max.
      (I pulled this content from a blog that explained it better than I ever could)

    • @asdfghjklzxcvbnm6874
      @asdfghjklzxcvbnm6874 8 років тому

      +Tyler Mistretta thank you very much buddy
      well i need them for modelling purpose only, no need for animating nor rigging it.
      actually i already used rhinoceros, though I'm not mastering it very well, and i find it really hard to make an organic object or another complex object with smooth edges, such as helmet, etc. and i already check 3ds max, it's looks quite promising too.
      and thanks once again for the advice
      have a good day buddy.
      sorry for my english, i hope u can understand whatever i say :D
