Zero acknowledgement of Tatum's dominant first three quarters and 10 points in OT including the dagger three. Not to mention 12 boards and savage defense the entire game, including smothering Hali on the final shot of regulation. Dude had 36, 12 with 4 assists and three steals, with a plus/minus of +20. Celtics were -15 in the few minutes he was off the court. But let's only focus on the two shots he missed. These tabloid level takes tell me that these guys don't really know ball.
I don't remember it exactly but I heard a stat during the game that in the Cavs seties, Tatum lead the Celtics in ppg, rpg, apg, and spg (or something like that) and the only other player in NBA HISTORY to do this was LeBron. He didn't make a bucket for the last 8:31 of the fourth which included a stretch where he took one shot in almost 8 minutes, missed 2 open shots in the last 36 seconds of the game but then went OFF for 10 in OT. Yeah, he disappeared for a crucial stretch but we hung in long enough for him to get back in the game. Brown said pretty much that in the post game.

I hope one day the NBA will adopt AI officiating. Gone are the days when just looking at a referee or laughing would merit a technical foul or worse an ejection. Let's remove egos and emotions from officiating so we can enjoy the game as it was meant to be focusing on the players and the sport itself, rather than getting frustrated with referees.
The Hoop Collective’s coverage of Celtics is absolutely pathetic. In no way are they spoken about on an even playing field as other teams. Crazy how bontemps has no Time to talk about the 30-10 free throw differential but if it were the Lakers or another team that doesn't shoot threes the whole game like the Celtics do that's all bontemps would be talking about
Bontemps has severe ADHD bruh why haven't yall addressed this? 👨🏿⚕️🤣🤣
Siakam attacks the paintv& rim more than Tatum & Brown. You all need to watch the game with objective. He got not a single ft last night.
Question for everyone - would the Celtics be any worse if they just made Brown the #1 option and made Tatum the #2?
Tatum is a better playmaker than JB
Jaylen brown can’t even shoot free throws bruh stop talking you don’t know ball
Game to game they do sometimes. Jayson just stays the media #1.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JB, and he's got that dog in him, but... no.
I believe he just had his playoff career high in assists with... 7. Meanwhile, JT had 1 or 2 (can't remember) triple doubles and led the team in assists in the Cavs series.
Been saying this humans cannot ref basketball games everything is subjective and there are way too many wrong calls
I'm sure the NBA and gambling are just itching to give up their agents of influence that help capitalize on millions of dollars in opportunity.
Windhorst looking like mark kabolys cousin
The Hoop Collective’s coverage of Celtics is absolutely pathetic. In no way are they spoken about on an even playing field as other teams. Large aspects of their games are ignored to prop up their talking points. They’ll then speak about a different team and give them credit for something they’ve just punished the Celtics for.
Face it everything went wrong with the Pacers and everything went right with the Celtics in the last 10 seconds.
