    It's been 5 years since you published this video, but for a new Kronos owner, I'll tell you, this is the stuff I'm looking for to better understand my keyboard. Thank you for leaving it up! Also...hilarious!! great job.

    Thanks for inspiration! After having my Kronos for almost 2 months I think I am able to absorb approx. 2% from this beast

    That was awesome you just inspired the crap out of me. I just bought a used Kronos. it's on its way and I'm sure I won't regret it after what I just saw. If you can do all that with it... that's a keeper!!

    Thanks for this great tutorial. I saved it in my favourites ages ago and am back to revisit. Made some good notes this time, so now I am up and away sequencing with real time effects editing without pulling my hair out trying to remember how I did it last time.

    Wow, your tutorials are fantastic. No, you didn't freak us out at all, you explained this very well. I just subscribed, I want to hear from you more, great tutorials, thanks so much btw, you mentioned the ME 66 and 67 mic, which one are you using here, it's incredibly crystal clear, as if you were standing right next to me. So crisp! You didn't weird us out, you taught us important stuff, thanks again! :)

    Hey, I really like your Kronos Tips and Tricks videos. Hope you are well and please keep going with it. Got my Kronos a couple of weeks ago. Know you work with the Oasis and Kronos for years and really hope you have time to post some more tutorials. Take care!

      Hi, Ninja1507. There are actually a few "reject" videos that I unlisted, but they might help you. Until I redo them (and thanks to your encouragement, I might), I'll give you a couple of links. The Sequencer video is full of great info, but I unlisted it because it was horribly played, and the metronome should not have been used with the audio track, which had different timing. So, if you can excuse those things - ua-cam.com/video/ZHj7_8ETrO4/v-deo.html The other video was about using microphones, but I kept getting my head in the shot, and it was very confusing! The recorded end result makes it worth viewing, as it shows the potential of the Kronos audio recorder. ua-cam.com/video/d5l4423UQ04/v-deo.html

    Wow! I have never seen this video. After having my Kronos since they first came out, I've loved to experiment like this. This opens my eyes to even further ideas of what can be done with this. Great Job, man. Also, you are a one man radio show right here in your example.

    Oh wow thank you so much scoopicman! I did find out what was happening that I couldn't get to work and it was the RT Karma knob setting. But damn, I mean, I know I could only buy my first kronos this year, here in Brazil is not that cheap, and since I'm still new to most of its features I get lost sometimes, but I'm really impressed with the machine itself. Not only it has a bunch of synths inside, but now also a controller effect for vocals and I gotta tell I was thinking of buying a TC eletronics Voice Live, but now I don't really need that :) Kronos has it inside too. What I'm thinking of buying now is either a foot controller for that or the nanopad. But again, thank you so much for helping me with that doubt I really appreciate that.

    I learn a lot from your videos about my Kronos, thank you so much! I recently bought a DeepMind12 and a Rev2 to add a bit of true analog to my Kronos and M3. The effects on the DeepMind are amazing, but I want to run the Rev2 through my Kronos effects unit for additional effects (besides the Rev2 FX). Is there any way you could do a video showing how to do that? I would be greatly appreciated! This video helps quite a bit, but not enough to make it fully clear to me.

    • @scoopicman
      @scoopicman  7 років тому

      Plugging in the Rev 2 is the same process as plugging in the mic. Plug your Rev 2 into INPUTS 1/2. (or just Input1 if mono) Instead of IFX 1, I would pick something like IFX 10. That can be chained into 11 and 12 if needed. Use Sequence mode, so you can combine Kronos programs with your Rev 2. You can use Program mode, but then the FX are going to change, every time you select a different program.

    This is awesome! Loving the different voices setup! I was trying what you are showing but my mic is buzzing like crazy. I worry that my mic inputs are defect. I am using a condenser that goes into my audio interface with phantom - hooked into the inputs of the korg! Is the wrong?

    • @scoopicman
      @scoopicman  4 роки тому

      Thanks for the comment. Your Kronos is probably fine. If your mic requires phantom power, you need to plug into an external mic preamp first, then plug the preamp into the Kronos. Check your cables, too.

    • @Shakudance

      scoopicman thanks for your quick reply! Actually my problem was the Microsoft Surface. For some reason it causes my line between the audio interface and the Korg to buzz. On my laptop it works. Ah well Microsoft.... thanks anyway. Could you please make a video on how to work with the external sound libraries such as Kapro? I don’t understand how to store them in individual banks and have them there when booted up. It always seems to load in a predefined bank, overwriting the other sounds. Say I wanna have the kapro and the iron library at the same time. BTW love your shortmovie works!

      Hey, Fred. It's a Sennheiser ME67. I also use an ME66 in other videos. They are old style, news gathering shotgun mics, but I like using them.

    Hi there, how can I assign harmonic effect (in mega lead) when I move the JS up??? I am trying by a week :(

    • @scoopicman
      @scoopicman  4 роки тому +1

      Press EXi 1 or 2 tab. Then select the PITCH EG/MOD tab. Under OSC 2 PITCH MODULATION, change JS-Y to JS+Y.
      Also, if you don't like the pitch warble, you can go to the PITCH COMMON tab. Under LFO, set JS+Y to "0."

    I have a problem with my microphone, when I am on "Global mode" and I put on IFX 1, (which is a Reverb in this case) the microphone works. But when I come back to my "Set list" the microphone does not work any more microphone ..... please thank you for helping me to find the solution, it is very important for me, in advance thank you

    • @scoopicman
      @scoopicman  4 роки тому

      My mic is working in Setlist, on the few examples I tried. Is the reverb part of a program or combi? Any time you select a different program/combi, the effects are going to change. Did you save a particular program with that reverb?

    Did you make the samples like the ice cubes and stuff? or where did you get those?

    • @scoopicman
      @scoopicman  3 роки тому

      All those sounds are already in the Kronos. You will find several sound FX programs - animals, industrial sounds, etc.

    Do you know if you can "AUTOTUNE" your voice to a certain note / pitch as you play a song and sing along using the Korg Kronos 88?

    • @scoopicman
      @scoopicman  4 роки тому

      Not really, but a Korg PA4X can. Here it is: ua-cam.com/video/MTI3WnD6qk0/v-deo.html
