I wouldn't go with a fake. Go with a real one or if you're looking for vachetta or ebene rather than monogram check out mcraft leather on etsy. They make beautiful straps for LV bags.

I am planning on purchasing thr turenne MM but like you I prefer shoulder bags rather than hand held or crossbody. I am the same height as you. Wondering if you could recommend a strap for the turenne. You mentioned that you have used the Trevi GM strap on the turenne. How does it wear ? Is the color the same shade as the monogram darkest color? Could you maybe model the turenne with different strap options?
I love your dog! I bought a Pre loved damier ebene Gm but I find the bag keeps slipping off my shoulder especially now that I’m wearing a puffer coat. What can I do to help with this problem? Thank you Dorothy
Good morning Autumn, I too use my mono strap for my speedy 25 Mono, I am careful too. So far it’s ok, too. Mine is a ‘99 which was not very used. Love your straps..... your videos are great and informative ❤️

Hi Autumn. I recently discovered your channel and I love it. Question, how do you feel about the annifeel and San Mario bags.
Thank you. :) I use the Ainifeel Hermes Birkin style bags as briefcases to carry my agendas and they are perfect for that. I use the Ainifeel Hermes Kelly style bags every once in a while when I need a small bag (I don't use small bags often) and I think they're beautiful. I use the San Mario Chanel reissue double flap style bag as an evening bag and love that. It's making me want to start buying Chanel...it's just so darn expensive! My only complaint with any of the bags so far is the San Mario. It still has a faint chemical smell when I open it and the leather on the top edge of the back pocket has ripped a little from where I slide my phone in and out (it's from the lens on the back of the phone catching on it). No complaints about the Ainifeel bags. I love all of them.
This video just saved my sanity. I ordered a monogram strap on eBay and just received it. Your video helped me feel better about it’s authenticity. How has yours held up? The glazing on mine has lifted in some areas. I’m not sure of how old it is though.
I always enjoy your videos And I have a question that I’m not able to find answer to my on UA-cam. I recently purchased a vintage Pochette Acessories that came with the original strap. When I removed the strap to clean it, the end with the hole came apart, 4 pieces apart. I found a couple of replacements but chose to get the older one, because the other option was 3 times more. It came today and it’s actually in pretty good condition, although it too, has the bend. I noticed that your PA strap has the bend in the hole end also. I’m wondering if it’s best to remove the strap when being stored, or leave on and let nature have her way.
Sorry your strap broke. I store mine with the strap on because when I have taken the strap off of my old model pochette the end with the hole seems really fragile. I've been afraid of ripping it so I just leave it on. I wish they'd put clips on both ends. It would be prettier that way, in my opinion. They did the same thing on the cross body strap for the Favorite. :(

Question: On the real monogram strap--if you hold both ends of the hardware hooks side by side and compare, will the flower pattern be symmetrical or random? Like, will the pattern be mirrored?

The strap you mention it could belong to the Hobo, I m always looking for it not sure if LV sell is seperate my or not because I saw a girl on Instagram wearing it and it’s kinda shorter compared to all other straps that Lv has
Great review video for sure Autumn I have a feeling it is the Metis hobo the shoulder option strap for that bag was a lot like my Melie it had the hobo strap as well as longer shoulder strap the Pochette Metis (non hobo) is 47 inches from clasp to clasp I believe that is the measurement for the Metis hobo monogram strap ! so you can buy a strap separately from LV .. but they wouldn't sell u a luggage tag?
There are some straps that are sold individually and others you can only buy as "replacement" items. Some people can buy a "replacement" luggage tag for an item that already had one. Some stores seem to sell luggage tags to anyone who wants them while others are very stingy with them. It's very frustrating as a customer.
