My God! I learned to drive in Montreal and lived there for 20 and was driving all that time there. I just can't imagine piloting this load there with the idiots that drive there. Mind you, I do have to drive around Brampton from time to time. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Oh my! Lady if you can't even turn your own vehicle around , sell it , give up your d.l and take the bus geez!
Lol takes all kinds to make the world go around! 🤪
Great video! Challenging delivery, especially with the impatient drivers and pedestrians. Cool looking old hospital.
Thanks for following along!
14:00, Backing up in a straight line should be a part of every driver exam!
It’s scary what is on the roads 😵💫
Great video, again!!Whoever plans the routes, are not aware the trees along the way eventually grow large branches.
Hello from Houston Texas.
Thanks for watching Houston 😊
Driving a truck in Montreal is a challenge by it self.
I only found your channel recently and I'm addicted 😃, it's really cool to see how big machines are moved.
Happy to have you along for the ride 😊✌️
Mercy Me, the background music is LOUD... Pretty tight quarters??
Love your video's , you guys have new equipment love those steerable trailers. You my friend have great skills .
👍🚚
Thanks 😊 and thanks for the comment! You guys are what keeps this channel going!
It looks like that rear steer really comes in handy. Another awesome video! You truly are a professional.
Having the right equipment makes the job much more enjoyable!
@@luckybananaheavyhaul3407 amen to that! Thanks for sharing sir 👍🏻
great pair of videos. i always dreaded montreal, driven there lots, in 4 wheelers, 4 wheeler with a big camper trailer and a big rig with pups. the worst city in canada for rude, inconsiderate drivers.
nice work on the manauvering both in those narrow streets and the parking lot at the jobsite, i can see why you dropped the jeep!
Couldn’t agree more! I always tell people I prefer to drive in New Jersey than Montreal lol!
@@luckybananaheavyhaul3407 quebec city is almost as bad especially trying to get off hwy 20 east bound and onto the bridge!
When I worked at Summers we mainly bought in materials for parking garages and before the job would start a company scout would always set up the route so these loads would go smoothly now these pieces were 15 feet wide and 60 plus feet long made of concrete so things Had to go right on time or be fined by the contractor $1000 per delay 😮
Just found you. Amazing work fellas.
Thanks for following 😊
There's always a few fools that just can't wait a few extra minutes. Stay sane out there!
Keep up the brilliant work and keep the videos coming. Keep on trucking
Thanks Mike 😊
got all the lumberjacks down i see.
That was one thing nice about Philly the city cops 👮♂️ escorted from the holding area outside the city right to the job site and there no crap by 4 wheelers 🤨
My favorite part of your vids is seeing some of the trailer setups we don't see here in Western NY. Granted I don't live that far from the Canuck border (2 hrs). I still don't get to see the good B trains and multi axle setups.
Even across the United States it’s crazy how many different setups there are for different regions. It would be so much easier if they could just adopt federal standards that would be good across the board!
@@luckybananaheavyhaul3407 adopting Michigan standards would be rough. Thats alot of axles lol.
Lol
It must have been a logistical nightmare with the three of you there at once
Made for a lot of people on site with all the escorts and everything but they were expecting us so it went as well as could be planned.
Very impressive
Wow tu dois avoir la patience d’un moine pour transporter ça à Montréal. J’aime pas conduire là en voiture donc je ne peux même pas imaginer avec ce rig là. Excellent boulot comme toujours!
Merci. J’aime ça des défis! lol ✌️
Your video's are something to view !!! One item that I would ask you to include is the pick-up and delivery points , and what is the average KPH the trip takes. Thanks . BE SAFE OUT THERE
Thanks for following ✌️
The average KPH is 10.
Person at 10:24 throwing hand up because she can’t cross.Do you not see the huge load on the trailer 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ lol.
Everyone’s in a hurry lol
Goes to show you you can be STUPID& BLIND😂😂😂
I don’t know what you get paid but it’s not enough. Bet you had a lot of 4 letter words for them 4 Wheeler out there love the videos
I used to get aggravated but now I take it less personal. They’ve never done my job so they don’t understand. If they did this job for just one day they would take a different approach
Looks like at least 3 units delivered by your company? A lot of people involved. Seems like there are a lot of drivers out there that don't want to wait an extra minute for you "big guys". Well done as always, both on the trip and the video. Fun to watch (and much less stressful than actually being involved). Was you father also on the trip?
Yes sir, 3 trucks and a lot of people involved in this project. Actually went pretty smoothly. Thanks again for all the comments 😊
It was 2 units on 3 trucks, probably cause of weight limitations.
Two observations: 1) The permit route is determined by the province or city, so why on Earth are they routing you down a street that doesn't have enough vertical clearance? That's nuts! The trees and wires are at least movable but, if this were a bridge, it wouldn't be. 2) The hospital is obviously aware that you're coming so why haven't they cleared a route for you by temporarily widening the entrances from "this will fit a car" to "this will fit an over-width load?
By the way, thanks for your thoughts on the "Clown Show."
What we have here is a perfect example of my favorite saying “a permit only gives you permission to pass but doesn’t guarantee you will pass” 🤣. It’s the government so it doesn’t need to make sense 🤣
@@luckybananaheavyhaul3407 Ain't that the truth.
The route would have made sense if they had police escort, and drove on the left side.
Quite the job.
Quite the job/
tes un sacré driver belle vidéo😁
Merci 😊
Nice work! Pas toujours le fun Montreal ;)
"Stationnements payant. Pneus obligatoire" lol.
Sorry, we can't accept delivery of this cause there are foot prints and scratches on top.
🤣🤣🤣🤷🏼♂️
Wow they let oversized run in rush hour, I miss the old days with no curfew
Yes we have curfew in Montreal. That’s not rush hour in Montreal. Rush hour doesn’t advance at all!
@@luckybananaheavyhaul3407 holy crap way too much traffic 🙄
@@luckybananaheavyhaul3407 anyway awesome professional work by all
I was at the gym today and for some odd reason the part in this video came to mind and it made me laugh. @13:53 to 16:26 "The Clown Show". lol. (do you know how hard it is to go back and find the right video and exact part after binge watching The Lucky Banana?)
Haha ✌️. That’s what I like to hear, another happy customer!
Who’s steering the rear trailer?
The rear escort steers the tight turns by remote control
Y'est où ton chainsaw? 😂
🤣
those other truck would not give you any room.
You don’t need oversize load signs in Canada?
In Quebec we run red and white D signs. I don’t make the rules.
Don't you just hate cars, and cars with stupid drivers are the best? Can not tell you how many times I got stuck because of the way a driver left his car. My best was in New York City, cops told me to drive over it and if I had damaged my trailer or load to let them know and the owner of the car could pay for them
I’ve had the honor of being escorted by a NYPD tow truck! Anyone double parked got removed ✌️
I had the same experience!
It was great!!
is there a part 2 to the Baltimore Sault Ste Marie trip?|
No, unfortunately the cameras ran out of battery just as we got to the offload.
wie lange ist denn der Tieflader ohne Dolly ?
Which hopital is that?
Bédard Pavillon
Those steerable trailers are the tits, huh?
Very nice toys
das ist aber schlechte Planung der Fahrstrecke, Zeit ist Geld
Use a chainsaw
Wrong trailer for the job! It works but not the correct one. Must be low bid!🤪 77 yrs been there done that.😊
What trailer would you suggest? With even something like a Faymonville the deck height is higher so we wouldn’t have gotten under overpasses downtown. And a perimeter trailer is wider so we wouldn’t have gotten through the door at the shipper. The trailer we used was able to handle the weight, it has a relatively low deck height and it’s steerable so we could manœuvre it where we wanted.
Don’t be talking about low bids grandpa, you probably still only tip the pizza guy $2 🤡
Why dont they come out the day before and measure the heights of the trees and traffic lights etc on the route ? Just a waste of time doing it this way.
And what cut down all the trees and lights??? There are only so many routes we can take. Maybe we would’ve wasted less time if we moved it by helicopter. 🙄 people commenting on stuff they obviously know nothing about seems like a waste of time to me.
So much traffic
