Yeah the way a man talks and Acts or behaves in a conversation or in an interaction matters a hell of a lot more than the other way around.
Reminds me of a statement that was very powerful and that is there is a reason why throughout history almost all stand-up comedians and public speakers are mostly male.
Easy answer and that is they wanted to become better talkers or better communicators in order to attract women
