Crazy how parts disappear like that... it happens to the best of us. LOL - HD should make that one header nut accessible with a ratchet socket. There is actually a torque spec for those fasteners, which cannot be done with a box end wrench. You would truly benefit from a table motorcycle lift :-)

The black/pieced out bike was the white st and will return to white and carbon fiber as a performance bagger. The crossbones is still original…for now. The red Vicla was the old man’s silver heritage. I think that’s it 😥

Much to my wife's chagrin, I'm not the only guy in his 40s with the maturity of a 12 year old...... And as a bonus if you're left with the CVO as your primary bike, you can turn off the DAMN chirping your lovely wife loved so much...... 😂

No alternative to the EBC at the air cleaner. I ran the vented dip stick first on my old Road King and still had oil blow by into the air cleaner. Yes, I know, sample size of one. The thing is, with you getting the parts for free, why not? Think about it .😊
Monkey, try using ainters tape on the tank to make a template to cut the hole in the tank cover. That should allow you to cut the hole where you need it and use a hole saw if you want. Also less chance of getting trash in the tank. If you are gonna use a hole saw, you can run it forward to get the center hole and then switch to reverse to cut the hole. It comes out nicer and less chance of the teeth grabbing and tearing the cover.
I ask because my Twin Cam Ultra was a Bitch to install. Had to space the bracket down by the floorboard out 3/8” just to barely have room for the slipping.

Pro tip. If you drop an exhaust gasket and can’t find it, drop another one and watch where it goes. Works on other parts also.

I put the TABS 2 into 2 head pipe on my StreetGlide when I did the Stage 2. Even my neighbors love to hear my bike start up now.

How close are the slip ons to the swing arm? Ever had to space the header bracket out to help with spacing in the rear??
