Mysticmesh3d has reached out and to my surprise, this file is copyrighted now it was never my intention to wrong the creator of this print so what I have done is updated the description with all the ways you can support this creator and obtain not only this print legally but all the other cool prints mysticmesh3d designs. I have also purchased this design myself as it really is worth the few bucks it costs on cults3d. Again sorry to Mysticmesh3D and anyone else who this affected. JP
I think this was really cool! I play in table top mode every once in a while! If there is a way to add a magnifier to make the screen bigger that would make me want one more!
This is amazing and knowing that you used the same printer as the one I have makes it even more accessible for me :) I'd love to give this print a try. Any special settings you made other than to use suppports for the CRT part probably?
the crt was the only part I added supports on and I only added them on the bar at the front. I used tree supports ( connect to build plate only ) and a 10% infill. I used elegoo cura and set it to fast 0.2mm.
Great video! It looks really cool and I would love to own one, just have some questions. How heavy / stable is the entire dock with the switch inside? Also, when the switch is plugged in, is the airflow good enough to where the switch temps aren’t overheating?
It's stable enough but I would say both the crt part and the pc base needs rubber feet as it slides about a bit. Air flow seems fine as it has the holes going all the way through the crt for the intake and then nothing is covering to top for it to escape. The print is light but the switch gives it enough weight.
