Hi everyone! In this video I present to you a truly delicious recipe that anyone can cook! Salta pie with eggplant and ricotta is a perfect solution for lunch, dinner or snack. For this cake I used the ready-made puff pastry which facilitates the whole process. It only takes a few simple ingredients and little time to prepare a truly delicious and satisfying meal. Ingredients:
- 2 rolls of ready-made puff pastry
- 1 eggplant
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pepper
- 1 tomato
- Parsley
- 250 g of cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg + 2 tablespoons of milk
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Olive oil
