Really appreciate the proper Bus Bar and active balancer integration.
Hopefully this pushes the industry to make some of this standard
Two questions: - Terminal for the heating. Does this draw directly from the battery or the solar side when the low temp cutoff is engaged?
This unit has 16 cell lines on the display, and I was told at the time of purchase these units can parallel with one another, how does one intertwine the two so they can collaboratively communicate with one another for efficiency purposes?
is there an update on a 16s version with can function?
In the pdf shows to put the color coded wire on the positive on each cell. So why are you putting it on the negative per cell. Is there something I should know about
Merci pour vos éfforts. J'attends avec impatience un modèle en 8S pour mes batteries lifepo4 24V, avec une puissance suffisante pour mon Victron quattro 24V 5000.
Je vais équiper mon catamaran en lifepo4 8S-24V et j'aurai besoin de 4 ou 6 BMS qui puissent aussi s'interconnecter entre eux par prise RJ et avoir un bus CAN pour pouvoir gérer sur mon victron GX les 4 ou 6 batteries 8S 24V 320AH en Parrallèles. Continuez comme cela c'est super. J'espère que vous pourrez envoyer en France Europe les produits.
Just for others information:
The wire colours shown in the video & PDF instructions aren't what was used in the kit I got.
The Switch (blue & white in the PDF) is white & white.
The balancer (red & black in the PDF) is blue & white.

Just to confirm I got the same here. Ordered about 4 months ago.
Watching this on my TV and it only shows on a small square one third width and height of the screen. I think it’s because you filmed in portrait format. Please film in landscape.
I definitely hear where you're coming from. I filmed it like this because I thought that people might watch it on their phones while building the battery.
But if you think there's any merit in it, I'd be happy to re-upload it and rotate it by 90 degrees.
@@mullerenergy Nah, that’s ok, but I’d do future ones landscape as you can always rotate your phone, but this wasn’t even the full height of the tv. It was squashed vertically into just a tiny square.

Hi, regarding Any's video, there is one thing I didn't see in that video, I would be interested to know what happens when the active balancer has actually finished balancing? does it turn itself off?

Wish it was in the version 1 200ah battery box..my daly bms is always tripping out..even with no loads on battery and fully charged ..

They can be set via bluetooth but not on the screen.

Thanks for that. They are both correct, the negative of one cell is connected to the positive of the other cell by a bus bar and they are the same voltage potential. So you can choose whichever one suits you. You can even mix and match, if you want to.
