I am so glad to see you hosting again. I loved the time I spent over a decade ago watching you on the Discovery Travel Channel. The passion you have for what you do. Shows like yours are things of the past, especially hosts like you are no more. I am so glad this came on my feed. Subscribed!
Thanks for posting full episodes. Means so much to me. I used to watch your show when I was a fresh college grad in Canada. I moved around the world since and became quite a traveler (and solo traveler) myself over the years. Fast forward 20 years I am in Australia and cannot access your show until perhaps I use VPN. So happy to be able to watch these on UA-cam. :)
I/We love all of your travel shows been watching since, the inception! ❤️We met you at a Travel Show in Washington, D.C. several years ago! You are a lucky lady, you live your, Wanderlust everyday! GOD BLESS🙏🌹❤️🎉
Samantha Brown you're my favorite travel star. My mom had a avocado green fondue set. We ate fondue every few months. I loved it as well as my dad and sister.
Seeing this video made me feel nostalgic about Bern-what a beautiful city. I really liked the city, especially the Zytglogge or the Clock Tower but never went inside. I am glad that you showed us inside. What an interesting place. Thank you.😊
So some deep personal lore. I grew up watching passport to Europe on the travel channel and it was my little escape from a bad home life. Im glad i found her new show
Hi Samantha, It has been many years since I have been there. Such a magical part of the world. Thanks so much for the amazing video and look forward to the next one 🙂 Cheers, Kirk
Yo!!!!!!! You have no idea how happy I am to see you're still doing your traveling shows! I remember you from back in the day with the travel channel. I'm glad I gound your work again!!!
Thank you for this lovely video! I'm Swiss and live near Bern. It's refreshing to see the city and region from a different perspective. The high costs of living sometimes let me forget how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful place. However, I would like to add two important pieces of additional information to the video for future tourists: 1. The Aare is a wild river and tourists drown in it every year. Only swim in it if you are a good and fit swimmer and if you are in the company of locals (just ask someone). 2. Base jumping is statistically suicide and a horror for the locals. Why? Use your imagination.
@ Thank you! I’ve never been inside the Zytglogge-Turm - what a beautiful and fascinating mechanical machinery. I love how you took the time to let the keeper explain things, show his passion and even play around a bit. ‘Stopping the time’ was a brillant idea. Especially on social media. And please pardon me if my advices sound a bit harsh. I used to work in accident prevention.

In Albuquerque the Rio Grande runs through the western side of the city and everyone swims, kayaks, and floats the river.
