I love watching your channel. You always showing us great and exciting things about Haiti 🇭🇹.

WOW....It's good to see that the Petionville golf club is back beautiful and running. I know it was affected by the earthquake but it is good news to see it back in business. Most Haitians tend to glorify poverty and I am sure there are gonna be a few whose comments will be negative since we all know that golfing is a game for people with money and most Haitians don't know the difference between people with an economic stable lifestyle versus rich people. I know eventually the club will need to run water pipes throughout because the grass needs to be GREENER, it looks too dry but one step at a time things are changing in Haiti. We are too rich to be poor in Haiti because Haiti is not a poor country never has been and never will be a poor country but Haiti has been governed poorly for too many years by imbeciles and ignorant who have no idea or concept of running a nation.
Yesssssssss👍👍 I feel like break dancing 😀 You are truly on a mission to show the world a different side of our country. Why should we emphasize on the negative all the time? Thank you for raising the bar one more time bruh💞💕❤😍👏👏🙏🙏
Good work jeanty you showing the world the real Haiti not burning tired and mud cookies the real Haiti where everyone can evolve and make change happen together
Yessssssssss Love it 💯 WOW I Really feel Joyful, they should take Canaval money invest it into the community. I don’t think you know the power of what you are doing? I’m sure you do just saying 😂
Hi SeeJeanty, I really enjoy your channel. Finally, one that I can use to show my children where their parents come from. They absolutely love it and they promise to get back to you with their own food from Florida. Anyways, would love to do a little zoom interview with you someday. Keep up the good work, I will be sharing your contents!
I would like to thank you for the showing the other side of Haïti, the media won’t show on TV good job my brother. I hope you can go to the country side one day ....
Glad to see it back in great shape after the 2010 earthquake. It was use to temporarily house about 50.000 Haitians in tents. There is life in Haiti not just problems, poverty and kidnappings. You should visit Le Vert D’or in kenscoff. It’s truly a magical place!
Meanwhile regular citizens are experiencing hell in their own country only a handful of people are in control of country wealth. I m not being negative folks, it is the reality. I support this brother channel 100%. He s trying to bring light to the darkness. Until haitians come to together to eradicate those greedy politicians that hold the country back for years, we LL still be in economical turmoil
Let’s be honest, you are being negative. Frankly we always complain about who owns the wealth in Haiti, what you saw in this video is the final product; you don’t see the debt or expenses Mr Villard has to keep the door open. To be even more frank, his parents likely left the land or the concept to him,but had this land been left to children or heirs from the “masses”, the kids would’ve sold it off by ti karo, ti karo and by now it would be full of poorly built houses or worst a ghetto. Be appreciative that Mr Villard is a visionary and betting on Haiti, his country.
Why you don't say stuff like that when you vacationing in the US? You go to Disneyland, Miami Beach, and other nice and expensive places in the US but I bet you that never cross your mind one bit to think about the poor in the US that can't afford to do the same thing you're doing.
@@Polynice20 it’s like they are more poverty conscious when it comes to Haiti or as tho to them, everyone in the US can do or buy whatever as if poor families in the US don’t exist.
You're doing a great work SeeJeanty, but I'd like to see you address how all of these "great places" in Haiti are largely inaccessible to the working population who work for the very same people you're interviewing
You have no idea what you're talking about. Locals are allowed golf here at no charge. Many also work as caddies and would love non locals to come here so they could boost their income. The golf course has a very familia relationship with those communities living around it. I really should do a special on how diaspora like to spin "us" vs "poor" narratives whenever a shred of positive imagery is shared the country... As if skid row doesn't exist in California next to million dollar homes. Let's be inspired by the good while we keep tackling the bad. And please people before informed before making asinine comments...
@@SeeJeanty Thank you for offering that insight. However, I'm not insinuating that being "inspired by the good" and "tackling the bad," as you put it, are mutually exclusive. I think we can all do a better job at promoting the dialogue that effectively bridges the two.
He already said that many times that there's other Chanel's in Ayiti that is already done program speaking creole. So get use to him speaking English. About you tell Metro News to speak creole instead of that colonial French language they always speak.
People who play golf swear that it’s a great sport but for me watching it (and I love sport) I don’t find it attractive at all, maybe except for being in the open nature
Built Hospital (Clinics), work on Haiti’s educational system, Electricity and other essentials! I am just tired 😔, open to everyone for “only those who can afford it” Lost our culture and continue to collect from other Countries/Nation 🙄🙄🙄
Up Rising, This a is prime location. The owner could have easily sell the land and make a fortune; however, he decided to build the first golf course in Haiti. There's nothing wrong with that. As a business man/woman, he /she should decide what to invest his money in. If you are passionate about a Clinic, you should invest in one.
I am not against it, let us all be clear my fellow You-tubers!!! I personally feel with all the madness going on we should really look, not only into what we are passionate about, also what is needed for the young alleged customer/consumer of the product. As a young Investor with UPRISING We do have many great plans even you could join in, simply saying many of us are not able to have certain luxury. Clearly that is no Body’s fault; only us in favorable position should allow ourselves to look to the less fortunates direction 🧭. When many wealthy built great Business that makes the country look 👀 good, our uneducated/unemployed young children burn it to the ground or put the country on lock 🔒 down. As investors/Founders/Mentors/Influencers of our country let us think the overall of a country’s growth (Educational System/Youth) we are introducing our passion in 🙏🏾.
@@uprising2908 glad you have an investment vehicle or visions of your own. I used to think like that too when I saw things that were “luxury” to me. Every country or society has an economic class system. The people you think ought to come play over there are unable to because they have basic needs to attend to. Also most Haitians in Haiti or the diaspora don’t golf so of course the ones who play and certainly run venues like will have an air of “high class” to us looking in.
