- I have seen photos of the Hawaiian lava tubes and caves for years so I was pumped when we got a chance to dive them! We dive the caves at Shark Cove, which is on the North Shore of Oahu. They're epic! So epic! When we got out of the water a friend had invited us to go for a shark dive so...we said yes! haha

love the part with Galapagos sharks, didn't know they were common around Hawai. They 're almost never encountered near continents, but they are everywhere around remote Oceanic Islands and pinnacles. The Eastern Pacific Islands like Socorro or the Islas Cocos have plenty of them. Hope that somedays you'll explore these island (live aboard only)

Super fun Adam! you were looking for the "Elevator" and it's hard to find unless you know where it is. Looks like you caught a lot of the caves and swim throughs. Come in the summer and vis will be back to the 20m+.

Check out Island View as well. One poor lass was sea sick on my trip so I swam next to her to max out on sharks🤙🏽🤩 Great great shark day.
Hot tip: Across the road from Shark Cove they cook chilli oil Brussels sprouts at one of the vans.
Make sure you get to the Sunrise Shack for papaya bowls for breakfast.

How many people think Adam is the king of freediving? 🔱👍
I love your videos and find freediving so enticing and want to try it. But just by watching your videos I get anxiety about being underwater and not breathing. Any advice you could give on how to combat this anxiety besides practicing holding my breath ? I guess I mean more on the psychological aspect of it.

They are slippas not thongs or flip flops.
I just cannot get a good mask seal with even a hint of a stache and beard. Don’t know how you do it. Tried the petroleum jelly etc etc. Just only way is clean shaven.
