I loved the tip about customizing the project stages!
I utilize Honeybook for a rentable creative space and have a couple of questions:
My renters book hourly spots in my calendar or monthly memberships with included hours... do I create a project for each individual booking?
Also, I will be hosting occasional vendor markets and might have 1 project for that event, but multiple vendors (contacts) booking that same time frame. If I add each of them to the project, will they be able to see each other's info if they actually create a portal login?
I would do a separate project for each person who’s paying you if that makes sense ? You can use the Lead Forms option combined with Scheduler to have them pay for time slots on your calendar !
I do believe if people are on the same project they can see each other’s info.
For my client projects I have created a workspace for each vendor so I can communicate with them in the project. My question, how do I print out a
Vendor contact list of all the vendors in a specific project that has all their contact info to take with me to the event?
They don’t really support printing out / downloading data from jobs unfortunately !
