Using catch on raiden is painful considering it's the second best weapon you can use on xinagling. First being engulfing. I got engulfing today cause i was having problems playing with C0 raiden and not being able to use the catch. Especially the energy problem. Now after getting her signature weapon am sure my teams will work more smoothly and will do more damage. No need to go for C2 as her signature weapon is already cracked on her. And if anyone is wondering yes i got haren but luckily i got two 5* in 10pull at 80pity on the weapon banner and the next 30 pulls gave me engulfing i guess it's worth it.
you are so lucky. I ve ayato (Won 50/50) and also baal at co. went for weapon banner. picked engulfing on fate path. got first skyward after that engulfing. I ll save for harrans rerun.. I hope it ll be a good rerun :D now saving for yelan.
as u said baal with engulfing is perfectly fine and it looks good on her if u compare it with the catch xD !
I'll probably use the catch on her as it makes my ratio 82/135 w 222 er, xiangling will probably get deathmatch or new Fontaine BP polearm

Wish I could pull for the Weapon, but gotta keep em primos for Hu Tao and Yelan. Already have a pretty cracked Raiden with The Catch, don't think it'd be smart from me to choose a weapon over a character lol.
Edit: pulled for it anyway and got it in 50 Pulls so W lol. Did it thanks to the huge amount of primos we'll get in 3.4 which made me much more comfortable about pulling. Is it worth it? Yes, it is, my Raiden hits a lot harder now... Do I recommend it? Not really, she's already cracked with the Catch (that's now with Xiangling, so another W) and I was lucky to get it on 50. I just pulled it cuz I want the best for my Raiden.
i dont mind using the catch, but i have raiden at c1 and considering getting her to c2 or getting yelan
@@feqol go for C2, totally worth it. In the beginning I thought that getting Yelan was gonna be a good idea but now im considering skipping her. I have been studying comps for the past weeks since I started to play 3 months ago and I just noticed that there are teams with Raiden that don't need XIngqiu, quite a lot actually so you can use him instead of Yelan in many other comps. It is rumored that after Yelan, Zhongli and Eula will come so I think it is better to save for Zhongli after getting raiden's C2
Well actually you will get more use out for 5 star weapons then characters, You can use weapons on so many different characters like i pulled for ganyu and shes been benched for ages never use her. But guess what not weapons
@@BeavisVolg As a Yelan and Zhongli haver and soon to be Raiden. I wouldn't consider to skip on Yelan. She is easy to build and does with her E 100k almost (f2p btw). I first had the same thoughts but after getting her Im still till now so proud of myself to have consider it.

calcs show R1 skyward perform similar to catch anyways if not more better
@@lurker.7639 yep. Refinement only enhances unique buff but not the base and sub stat. The catch is probably the best 4 star polearm if you don't have an extra 5 star polearm for 2 polearm team comp. I hate fishing because it feels like animal crossing so I'm sure I'll never see that weapon anytime soon 😂😂
Skyward is better if u have it, but its really close. Skyward is preferred imo since you can add an extra NA attack while in burst mode. And her skill dmg does also more than the catch however it isnt that much. For me the catch does 2.2k and the skyward spine does 3k.
What about Skyward spine Vs engulfing lightning for C2 shogun? Should I further upgrade her DPS or save for a new character like Alhaithum?
If u can already clear all content, just get new characters u like. Constellations are just power creep.

I used only sara buff on my c2 raiden and she only does about 78k burst dmg with r5 catch
@@yamete_kudasai6969 My Sara now skill talent lv10 , today hit 240k.Im going Raiden skill, Sucrose burst(with Viredesent], Bennett burst, Sara skill, burst->Raiden burst. Probably if only I have Kazuha it would be higher.

Ahhhh I was pulling on the banner and got Ayato sword at 25 pify. Im 65 wishes in now and Idk if I should try my luck again or save this pity for staff of Homa/Aqua similacra (I Have both hu tao and Yelan) hmmm…

Save for Homa or Aqua cause they are also top tier weapons. Homa is a must pull and Aqua can be used by many other but Raiden weapon is a bit niche.

Думаю это не столь важно, раз меняется только оружие, просто показана разница
ну как не важно) вообще то баланс статов ещё как важен, особенно у Райден. Сигна имеет большую базу + заливает атк пассивкой и тд. Улов имеет меньшую базу и не заливает атк , поэтому с Уловом кубок можно смело ставить на атк , ведь аффикс Райден сама зальёт себе своей пассивкой. иметь с уловом мало атк и много аффиксов полный бред) поэтому и хочется видеть статы

and always losing 50/50, began with guaranted,
c2 need (let say already has c0)
90 lose + 90 win = c1,
90 lose + 90 win = c2.
total = 360
signature weapon needs
90 lose to skyward harp
90 win but wrong weapon elegy bow
90 guaranteed from ephitome got engulf
total = 270
c2 seem to be require more wish
BUT
the chance is always 50 / 50
where weapon is not 50 / 50,
because the guaranteed scheme
is you win between two in banner.
