There is a youtuber AA pilot based out of DFW who has made it clear whilst taxiing from the runway to the gate, "I texted EVERYBODY I know to let them know we landed!" I asked Ron Rogers if this was a violation of sterile cockpit and he told me it was.

Yeah, I was a captain for a year before I left.
I don’t know how he didn’t get a letter from the FAA after doing a vlog while on the takeoff roll in that small plane. Lack of judgment here.
