Landon Ward he can, he can also manipulate blood and non ferrous metals and objects (like vibranium)
this was plot, thats not a fault of spill though, he just covering the comic storyline

Landon Ward I'm pretty sure he only has control over ferromagnetism which is Iron, Nickel, and Cobalt based magnetic attraction, there are six types of magnetism btw.
