In the UK we have two type of land , one call green belt and one call brown belt, bascaily green belt was set up to make sure it is near impossible to be build on that land, it was set up to protect green area, one of the reason why UK has very high land price, is there a similar poilcy in turkey
Like Aladdin I'm not sure what to rate Kajin either to be honest. This felt like part 1 of a 4-part series, at best. Specific case-studies would be helpful.
Aladdin and his magic camera (magic lamps are no longer these days😄) we wud really really like to see ur colleague kashin bolat more often in ur series,,, again Aladdin u pull on a good show as usual,,, never regret watching,,, never boring 😎😀👍
1800 per sq meter for land? Or does that include the building as well? It's been about a year and I know inflation has hit Turkiye pretty hard recently but that seems high (if my math is correct). 1 acre is 4047 sq meters. If 1800 TL per sq meter was 1 year ago, that comes out to 7,300,000 TL which is $403,564 USD. That is with today's exchange rate. $400k per acre (minimum) in Turkey? I live in California and you can get much more for less. Of course location matters but even in nice areas it's not that much more. Am I missing something? I'd really like to get a few acres and build a house on it. Maybe just buying an already built house is a better value? Not really sure.

Thank you for the informations it really helps me, i had those questions in my mind but you did answer them through this video, I just want to ask also... Is there any specific areas in Istanbul where i am allowed to build and design a contemporary villa or is it allowed in all areas in Istanbul?
What is the best type of land to hold for multiple years to gain the MOST profit. Looking to buy a land with ton of Acres alongside a massive amount of profit in the long run. Looking to hold land purchases for Atleast 10 years. (United States 😁😁😁)
That is true of every country in the world not just Turkey. If you think that you are going to go to a foreign market you don't understand, especially with a different language and culture and make millions that is not going to happen. More likely you will just get plucked like a chicken. Personally, I left Canada years ago and have been living in Central America for years and I get much better deals than the foreigners coming in fresh but still not as good of deals as the native locals can get. So the smart play is to find someone local that you TRUST implicitly and can partner with. Finding and building these networks are not quick nor easy, patience and effort are the key. The quick deal is a myth.
NOT CLEAR AND NOT INFORMING: GO AHEAD AND CLEAR TO THE POINT: THIS DOES NOT HELP TO MAKE A DECISION TO BUY: = IN ADDITION U MUST STATE THE LOCATION RELATIVE TO ISTABUL CITY CENTER !!!! AND HOW MUCH IN A= VERAGE THE COST OF ERRECTING A BUILDING OF A VILLA OR A HOUSE OF : 300-400 SQ METER = IN AVERAGE = SO TO GIVE A CLEAR INSIGHT OF THE COSTS !!!!
