I am pro palestine. Been that all my adult life. Been watching news clips that reinforce my views. I was puzzled by how millions of people can justify so much cruelty taking place in Gaza. I recently started watching videos of the other side (hence this one), and now I get it. The version of facts is just different! I'm not saying right or wrong, just different. No wonder the world is so polarized on this issue! Please, please, aspire to be open minded, and try to understand the opposing views. This will create empathy in all of us. And hopefully then a consensus at some point. There is literally no other way to end all this! For 30 Years the UK tried to find a solution acceptable to both Jews and Arabs but despite giving up most of the territory originally earmarked for the Jewish homeland to form Trans Jordan to appease the Arabs it was never enough and so it is today. The British eventually gave up and passed the matter over to the newly formed UN that came up with a partition plan largely based on the UK plan issued by the Peel commission again this was accepted by the Jews and rejected by the Arabs leading to a civil war and then all-out war. I am pro palestine. Been that all my adult life. Been watching news clips that reinforce my views. I was puzzled by how millions of people can justify so much cruelty taking place in Gaza. I recently started watching videos of the other side (hence this one), and now I get it. The version of facts is just different! I'm not saying right or wrong, just different. No wonder the world is so polarized on this issue! Please, please, aspire to be open minded, and try to understand the opposing views. This will create empathy in all of us. And hopefully then a consensus at some point. There is literally no other way to end all this! And please, before you quote the Quran or anything about Islam, take the time to learn about it first, and then make an informed opinion.
